Transform Together Scholarship

Application Form 2016/17

 


To apply for a Transform Together Scholarship you must:

 

o Be an international or a European Union (non-UK) fee paying student

  • Have received an offer for a full-time taught undergraduate or postgraduate course at Sheffield Hallam University
  • Have received your eight-digit Student Identifier number. This number can be found on your offer letter.
  • Be self-funding your studies
  • Undergraduate only - have achieved or exceeded the English and academic entry requirements for the course
  • Postgraduate only - achieved a minimum 2.1 or equivalent honours degree and provide an academic transcript with your application to evidence this

To apply for a Transform Together Scholarship, complete this application form and return by email to scholarships@shu.ac.uk

 

We must have received your scholarship application by:

? 31 May 2016 for courses starting in September 2016

? 1 November 2016 for courses starting in January 2017

 

You must have applied for a course at least one week before the scholarship application deadline.

 

We do not require any documents to support your application other than academic transcripts. If you provide any other documents in addition to the application form and academic transcripts, these will not be considered when we assess your application.

 

All sections are mandatory unless otherwise indicated with an asterisk (*). If you are completing this form by hand please use BLOCK CAPITALS for all sections. For sections which have a word limit indicated, anything beyond that limit will not be considered when we assess your application.
