INTRODUCTION
In today's Kazakhstani society there is a growing role of foreign languages. Knowledge of a foreign language gives the opportunity to join the world culture, to use the potential of extensive Internet resources and work with information and communication technologies and multimedia teaching aids in their work. In this connection there is a high necessity to develop a technique of using computer information technologies in teaching foreign languages. New information pedagogical technologies are part of the learning process.
Computer technology and foreign language lessons are the actual trend in the procedure, requiring new approaches and innovative solutions.
The school cannot give a person the body of knowledge for life. But it is able to give basic knowledge of basic guidelines to the student. A school can and should develop cognitive interests and student?s ability to instill the key competencies in him required for future.
In recent years the question of the application of new technology in the classroom increasingly raises. It is not only about new facilities but also new forms and methods of teaching, new approach to learning. The main objective of foreign language teaching is the formation and development of the communicative culture of pupils, learning practical mastery of a foreign language. The task of the teacher is to create the conditions of practical language learning for each student to choose such training methods that would allow each student to show their activity, their creativity. The task of the teacher is to activate the cognitive activity of the student in learning foreign languages. Modern teaching techniques such as cooperative learning, project methodology, the use of new information technologies and Internet resources to help implement a student-centered approach to learning, providing personalization and differentiation of learning based on children's abilities, their level of training.
Forms of work with computer training programs on foreign language lessons include learning vocabulary, practicing the pronunciation, training dialogic and monologue speech, teaching writing, practicing grammatical phenomena.
The possibilities are enormous use of Internet resources. Internet as a global network creates the conditions for obtaining any necessary students and teachers information held anywhere in the world: regional studies material, news of the young life articles from newspapers and magazines, and so on.
In foreign language lessons via the Internet it is possible to solve a variety of teaching tasks: to develop the skills and reading skills, using materials of the global network; to improve writing skills students; to replenish the vocabulary of students; to shape students' motivation to learn a foreign language. In addition, work is focused on the study of Internet technology options to expand the horizons of schoolchildren, establish and maintain business relations and contacts with their peers in English-speaking countries. Students may participate in the test, quizzes, competitions, contests, conducted over the Internet, chat with peers from other countries, participate in chat rooms, video conferencing, etc.
The subject of the thesis is the new information technologies in the process of learning foreign languages.
The object of the thesis is the process of learning English.
The aim of the thesis is to examine innovative pedagogical technologies in teaching English.
The objectives of the thesis is:
- to consider the theoretical aspects of the possibility of using Internet resources for foreign language lessons;
- to research the ways to introduce new information technologies in the process of learning foreign languages;
- to explore experimental confirmation of positive dynamics in the foreign language learning by using innovative technologies.
