The aim of the project is to make the Undark Festival a city-wide event, which is to make it comfortable for a larger part of the citizens – families with children, young people, pensioners, including those who live in the suburbs.
There are several criteria of quality.
Internal criteria:
Number of successfully functioning installations irrespective of weather and other conditions (100% of the listed installations regarding auxiliary date if needed)
Financial success (absence or minor expenses of the festival organizers)
Creating a permanent festival team (more than 70% of the members continue working in the team in 2016)
Support of municipal authorities (a contract with one of the departments of the city government prolonged until 2016)
Further partnership with LLC ‘MTElectro’
External criteria:
Number of visitors – regarding the fact that it’s a street festival, it’s difficult to monitor a real number of people. Therefore the criteria here are as follows:
1. Demand of published products – 100 guidebooks – 100%
2. Number of peak visits on the social net-work In Contact – not fewer than 12 000 visits, number of unique visitors – not less than 5 000
3. Subjective opinion on the number of visitors given by volunteers and artists who work at separate sites – not fewer than 150 people in the city center and 300 at the objects in the suburbs.
Number of festival partners before the event (electric supply, buildings offered for installations and other services free of charge) – not less than 15
Number of volunteers – not less than 50 at one object
Number of positive reviews in Mass Media – not less than 20
