Mum, it’s hard to find the words to say, How much you mean to me, But if it wasn’t for your love and care, I don’t know where I'd be.
How did you do it all, mum, Be a chauffeur, cook and friend, Yet find time to be a playmate, I just can’t comprehend.
“Mother” is such a simple word, But to me there’s meaning seldom heard, For everything I am today, My mothers love showed me the way.
Nobody’s equal to you, mum, With you in my life, I'm blessed, I love you so, and I want you to know, I think you’re the very best.
Words cannot say how I love you, mum, And just how much I owe, Please know that I’ll always be there for you too, In the high times and low.
What a mother should be
A mother is the one who loves you A mother puts no drug above you A mother will never make you cry A mother will never make you want to die A mother will help you fight your fears A mother will help you stop your tears A mother will keep you safe and sound A mother will never let you down A mother will daily say I love you A mother won’t say I hate you A mother won’t wish you were dead A mother won’t forget what you said A mother won’t close the door A mother won’t let you be poor Now I ask you, do you have a mother? Cause’ I don’t, so don’t bother.

Mother Poem
A poem from daughter to Mom expressing her love and thankfulness.
You are the sunlight in my day, You are the moon I see far away. You are the tree I lean upon, You are the one that makes troubles be gone. You are the one who taught me life, How not to fight, and what is right. You are the words inside my song, You are my love, my life, my mom. You are the one who cares for me, You are the eyes that help me see. You are the one who knows me best, When it's time to have fun and time to rest. You are the one who has helped me to dream, You hear my heart and you hear my screams. Afraid of life but looking for love, I'm blessed for God sent you from above. You are my friend, my heart, and my soul You are the greatest friend I know. You are the words inside my song, You are my love, my life, my Mom.
Mother Poem
Thank you Mom for always being there for me. I am grateful for all the gifts you have given me. Thanks for everything.
Thank you... For standing by me through thick and thin For not giving up on me when I didn't win For your patience when I kept pushing you away For caring when I said I didn't need you anyway
I am grateful knowing... I can count on your strength Ask for your support, and know you'll go to any length When I lose my way You help me get back on track When in pain Your comfort soothes and brings me back
I am lucky because... When I was sad you gave me faith and hope When I was confused you taught me how to cope When I felt I couldn't go on You carried me long miles When I didn't believe You restored my smiles
Mom, Thank you For your guidance and you faith you've shown For giving me a safe place where I have grown For showing me how to strive Because of your love I will survive
Mother Poem
Written for her Mom who she calls, "the strongest woman I will ever know".
To the strongest woman I will ever know. At first glance Mom's hands may seem crippled and meek. She flinches when you bump them and her grip is quite weak. But these hands are a reflection of the woman inside, although burdened with limits, still strong with pride. When opening a jar seems too great a task, it's only after great hesitation that she finally asks. Don't let that mislead you for you must understand. It's not what they can't do, but rather what they can. These hands have the strength to raise a family right, to wipe away every tear and hold you real tight. They come together each day in prayer, and whenever you need them, they're always right there. So if these hands don't appear all that tough, Remember they're full of tenderness and love and for me that's enough.
Mama moya-lyrics
Shespent a lifetime taking care of you,
She slept tight just a night or two,
She always hide her pain behind a smile,
Mothers never cry.
As you were growing up you made her proud,
You know both of your hearts were tied,
That special love you share will last
Way beyond this life,
Mothers never die.
Chorus
Mama moya
I’m a better person thanks to your love
I’m a better soul since I am your child,
This world is a safer ground,
When you hold my hand I fly, mama ya
I have not seen time goes by, mama ya
In the mirreor of your eyes I see life
Aging with natural grace,
Let me hold you, mama ya.
When I am lost you guide my every step,
And you dry every tear I shed,
You are the woman I want to become,
Fair, loyal and strong.
Tell me the secrets of your shining smile,
Of every virtue you deny,
The patience you were held me with,
Help me through the rain,
Spare me most a pain.
Chorus
……mama ya lyublyu tebya….
Love Poems
Poems about Love
Love Poems speak about the passion, desire and vulnerability of being in love. When you can share your life with another, the whole world is completely different.
Falling in love may be one of the greatest feelings ever. When you are with your lover there is no greater feeling in the world, and when you're not you spend all your time thinking of each other. Falling in love is truly an awesome feeling.
Romantic relationships are the spice of life. They make us feel alive in a way that nothing else can. Genuine romance exists when two individuals show that they care for each other by doing small acts for each other that demonstrate love and affection. It makes us feel loved and cared for when we know that our significant other is thinking about how to give us the most pleasure. Romance is the key to keeping the sparks flying. Without it, any relationship will soon lose its shine.
The moment I think about you I go to another world A world where you love me too And where I can never be hurt
The truth is I don’t know what to say My mind goes completely blank I have never in my life lost my way But my heart with your love simply sank
If letting go was a choice Then I definitely would But I can't control the strong voice That's telling me I never should
I have no clue On how I should let you go What is it that you do? That's making me love you so…
Maybe loving you isn’t a mistake Maybe I can close my eyes and smile Maybe in your presence my heart wouldn’t break Maybe I can just dream for a while…
I sometimes wonder if you feel the same I wonder if you think of me I sometimes wonder if you silently call my name I wonder if you'll ever see…
In the beginning I thought it was fake I didn't think I'd go this far I thought it was just a mistake Now I can't stop wondering where you are
The question is do you care? Do you even know? Will you always be there? Will you ever let me go?
If for any reason I cried Would you take all the pain away? If for any reason you lied Would I still want you to stay?
My love for you is way too strong For me to simply forget Some people might think it's wrong But your love is the one thing I shan't regret.
Saying "I love you" is a hard thing to do. You might be worried if you are really expressing your truly feelings or if you are being pressured into it. Everyone has their own time when they think that it is appropriate to say I love you. There is no right or wrong time. However, it is hurtful when an individual makes himself vulnerable and says, I love you, and his words are not returned. Sometimes it may be a simple act of courtesy to return the sentiment. On the other hand you may be setting him up for false expectations about the potential for a relationship.
