Lime is a health and beauty conscious Beauty salon and Spa. We are concerned not only with physical beauty but also with mental well being. Modern cities are full of external irritants, that’s why most women are constantly under pressure. Therefore, we address the special health and beauty concerns of our clients with complex treatment, herbal tea room and attentive staff.

Products and Services

Lime offers a wide variety of mind and body healing services and products. The salon aspect of the business will provide both males and females with any type of hair styling and nail services. The spa business is devoted to providing holistic methods of massage and weight loss activities. We also offer the procedures that will take care about your face, body and nails at the same time, which can be really popular within business people. Another aspect of our business is herbal tea room that will help our customers to feel all the benefits of complex treatment.

All our materials are botanic-based and tested under dermatological supervision. For your treatment to be more efficient you can buy our products after the treatment.

Location

Lime has chosen Tyumen, Tyumen region as the city for the business venture. Tyumen is a constantly growing and developing city with good perspectives. Additionally, new vicinities are attracting new businesses as well as becoming hot urban areas. The salon will be located in the area badly covered with beauty and spa establishments.

4.0 Market analysis summary

We examined two areas to place a beauty salon.

The first of them is the eastern area of Tyumen, which is located at the intersection of Shirotnaya and Narodnaya st. This area was not chosen by chance: this direction is actively developing in Tyumen. Shirotnaya is a six-lane street which has a large bandwidth, which will contribute to easily achieving a destination for clients, not just those living in the area, but also for those living in the center.

As for the competition - these include beauty salons and barbershops. In this area there are a lot of them. But since our salon offers a full range of services, the only direct competitor can only be a beauty salon "Eve." (number 18 on the map). It specializes in makeup and body care and nail services.

Our main advantages to this salon: Experienced professionals, a wide variety of services, individual approach to each client.

The second district, which can become an accommodation for a beauty salon - an area located between the streets Melnikaite and Chaplin, one of the most well-built infrastructures. The area is well secured with the objects of the service sector: hairdressing, fitness clubs, spa salons, etc. As you can see, there are fewer competitors, and basically they are specialized only on hairdressing services. Therefore, our salon with its variety of services may be one of the best in the area.

This area is also good because it is a convenient road interchange, making the visits affordable to potential customers.

Thus, we can conclude that the most optimal location for a beauty salon is Melnikaite-Chaplin st. area.

The management philosophy of Lime is based on respect for each of our fellow employees, respect for every customer, and individual responsibility. Lime's success depends on the warmth and uniqueness of its atmosphere, which is generated by a fun-loving and caring employee. The management team will be represented by the owner (director).
