Vicious nature of the monetary systemOur economy is based on the monetary system which is unacceptable form of organization of exchange and distribution of recourses and goods. It is important that this point doesn’t mean the mistakes in organization of this system (financial policy or something like that), but it’s faulty nature in general. Application of this system in society is inevitably leads to its decay and decline. The main defects of this system are the following:
The main orientation in such type of economy is money gain. Therefore such true values as environment, health and life of human, morality and others are neglected. They are replaced by such absurd values as status, property, slyness, domination and so on. The only measure of success in such society is an amount of capital. B) Scheme of bank credit means gain of bank and lose of debtor without any alternatives. We will show you a simple example in order to understand how this scheme works. Let’s imagine you are engaged in some handicraft. Let’s suppose you are shoemaker and you sew the shoes for you and your neighbor. Your neighbor, he is a baker, bakes bread. At the beginning of civilization you and your neighbor use barter and you change the shoes on the warm bread when you want to eat. Suddenly, the third member of economy (the bank) appears and offers you to make product exchange easier. He offers you to use money as equivalent of such exchange. Anyway, such money is such kind of his product, so he asks some percent for their rent. Let’s imagine that in our case this percent is 20%. So, the bank prints money and give you and your neighbor by ten money units. You must remember that each of you must pay back all this ten units plus 20% more as rent payment (bank percentage). So, each of you must pay by 12 money units. At the end of the month you and your neighbor must pay back to the bank the total amount of 24 money units. The secret is that you and your neighbor have only 20 money units in your hands. There are no those 4 extra units of bank credit in turnover at all. Actually, only bank, who issues the money, has those extra units.
All the bank needs is to observe calmly how you and your neighbor compete and battle with each other. Inevitable result of that is a slavery of one of us and victory of the bank. If you win this neighbor war, you must pay all 12 money units to the bank at the end of the month and take a new 10 money units which you will need to pay back again together with new 20% of bank percent at the end of the credit terms. Besides, your neighbor will become a slave of the bank which will take off some of his properties. In such case you don’t have anyone who is able to pay you those extra 20% and you become a slave of the bank by yourself.
