Achievements of modern immunology make it possible to study the reorganization process of the function of immune system during injuries of facial maxillary skeleton injuries.
Different parts of immunity are more or less injured at various stages of disease and complex treatment of facial skeleton cannot be completely satisfactory without the consideration of the state of immunologic homeostasis. Therefore, use of complex assessment of immune system in patients with injuries of facial maxillary skeleton is of great significance in the forecasting of repair of fractures. Subject to the term of injury the study of cellular and humoral immunity was carried out in 77 patients with facial-maxillary skeleton injuries.
The studies showed, that increase of JgA as compared to the indicators of healthy immune status in the patients with facial-maxillary skeleton injuries was observed on the 1st day after the injury. The highest peak was determined 10 days after the injury (p<0,05). Concentration of JgA greatly fluctuated, but more significant lowering increased significantly within 1 day 3-10 days after injury and constituted average of 2,44 (0,43-8,20) q/l (p<0,001).
Unlike other immunoglobulins, the fact of longer maintenance of the high level of IgG draws special attention. Based on known ideas about the growth properties of Ig, is directly connected with irritation specificity of respective immunocompact cells after a certain damage of the mechanism, mentioned by us and other authors.

Chronic venous insufficiency of lower extremities is a most spread venous pathology, clinical manifestations of which are well known and quite specific. Information about the disease allow to receive different diagnostic methods.
Objective: To assess the effect of musculo-venous pump on the presence of edematous syndrome in patients with chronic venous insufficiency of lower extremities.
The study is based on an analysis of the examination of 56 patients (29.6%) (42 (75%) - women, 14 (25%)- men), average age was 43.4 years) with intraoperative sclerosis, treated and hospitalized at the Scientific Surgical Center named after M.A. Topchubashev and Center of Angiology and Microsurgery with the diagnosis of CVILE. In our studies, we applied the method of phlebometry and volumetry of lower extremities. This method allows to evaluate the function of the musculo-venous leg pump. In our practice, we measured the circumference at several points: 1.Upper third, middle third and lower third of thigh; 2. Upper third, middle third and lower third of the led. Data collection was carried out at the moment of receipt and during the preparation to discharge from hospital. Parameters of the table indicate the presence of edema before treatment, as well as their arrest after the treatment, in the below range. Table

After the study of the above parameters, it was noted that in all the patients, that took complex treatment, parameters of volumetry improved by 27-35%.
