THE INSTRUCTION ABOUT THE ORDER OF GRANTING PLACES IN THE HOSTEL

1 . Distribution of places in a hostel between faculties is made according to the joint decision of administration and deans of faculties (including, considering students according to the program of the academic mobility from other cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the abroad according to the contract between higher education institutions according to the order of the rector of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION and the vice rector for UVR). Statements of the students, wishing to receive a place in hostels are accepted from March to May.

2 . Granting places to students, interns of KAZNMU of S.D.Asfendiyarov in a hostel has to be carried out by council of dean's offices and DRSKKS, according to the following criteria:

1) The first-year students who are training on an educational grant (an extract from the order of the rector);

2) Students foreigners;

3) Students of the orphan (in the presence of confirming documents: certificates on death of parents or the reference from guardianship and guardianship bodies, notarized);

4) The students consisting on the account on diseases (tuberculosis, oncological diseases и.т.д), granting the right to privileges.

5) Disabled students of 1, 2 and 3 groups (in the presence of the certificate of VKK of disability);

6) Students оралманы, arrived to the country of residence according to the educational visa, (in the presence in the card international passport according to the educational visa and at the visa of the inspector of passport and visa work on the statement of the student);

7) Students from large families (in the presence of the certificate of family structure where it is specified that in a family of 4 and more children till 18 years at documentary confirmation (copies of birth certificates or identity cards, notarially to assure);

8) Students from needy families:

a) Students at whom in a family one of parents died in the presence of the certificate on death notarially to assure;

b) Students, at which in a family one of parents the disabled person of 1 or 2 groups (in the presence of the certificate of disability notarized);

c) Students, at which in a family both parents – pensioners (in the presence of the book of the pensioner notarially to assure);

d) Students, at which in a family one of parents the participant of war in Afghanistan or the Chernobyl accident (in the presence of the certificate of the participant notarially to assure);

9) Student's construction group and other categories in management coordination (the order of the vice rector for UVR about SSO creation); provided that these students had no collectings from the dean's office party.

10) Excellent students (in the presence of an extract from the order on purpose of a grant from office - registratorsky service, for students with progress equivalent to criteria "And" and "And -";

11) Activists:

a) Winners of NIRS (at the level of faculty above; in the presence of the diploma or the diploma);

b) Student's self-government (in coordination with dean's office, the commandant of a hostel and DRSKKS);

c) The students who have taken prizes in the all-university competition "The Best Room" (in the presence of the diploma or the diploma) for the current academic year;

d) the students who have taken prizes in sports competitions of republican level (in the presence of the confirming document) for the current academic year;

Achievements:

1 . Sharmanov T.SH. – academician, honourable professor KAZNMU, honourable citizen of Almaty. In Zolotov Zale (Geneva, Switzerland) is handed solemnly over to WHO the highest award of world health care award of a name of Leon of Bernard. Memorable sign of UNICEF in honor of the 15 anniversary of World Childhood Foundation in Kazakhstan. "DOSTY " of 1 degree is awarded the order.

2 . Amireev S. A. – honourable professor KAZNMU epidemiology chair. Assignments rank "The best teacher of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION" MOH PK of 2008. Medal of A.Baytursynov "The best author of Association of higher education institutions of RK" - 2009. "The best teacher KAZNMU" - 2012.

3 . Nemenko B. A. - honourable professor KAZNMU chair municipal hygiene and GDIP "The Best Teacher KAZNMU" - 2011.

4 . Toguzbayeva K.K. – department chair, professor of chair of occupational health. Rank of the academician of the European academy of natural sciences and medal of a name of Robert Koch. The diploma for an outstanding contribution to science of the European academy of natural sciences - 2009.

5 . Kenesariyev U.I. – department chair, professor of chair of the general hygiene and ecology. It is awarded by the breast badge "Қазақстан Respulikasa ñÑ¡ßáÒ½Ù  сақтау _ß_¡ _  үздігіне" for special services in RK public health care. "The honourable educator of RK" is awarded by a breastplate. It is awarded by a breastplate "For services in development of science of RK". It is awarded by a medal "Ayr ң еңбегі үшін"

6 . Ramazanova B. A. – department chair, professor of chair of microbiology, virology and immunology. "The best teacher of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION" MOH PK of 2012 for high achievements in scientific and pedagogical activity. Diploma of the Almaliynsky district of Almaty.

7 . Mustafin K.K. – associate professor of microbiology, virology and immunology gratitude of MOH PK.
