ITEM 12. PROHIBITTED ACTIONS

 

1. Verbal warning is issued for the following actions:

¾ The contestant indeliberately breaks the integrity of his or his opponent’s personal equipment;

¾ The contestant indeliberately leaves the ground as a result of pushes or grapples. In this case both contestants are given a verbal warning.

¾ The contestant indeliberately performs a technical action prohibited by competition rules as a result of his opponent’s actions and not resulting in a trauma of any contestant;

¾ The contestant appears on the site in clothes prohibited in the item 3.

¾ The contestant performs an action that can possibly result in breaking rules of the competition.

 

2. The following actions are treated as prohibited and punished with a “penalty point”:

¾ leave the ground with both legs;

¾ turn ones back to the opponent;

¾ a contact of the site with 3 support points (if this contact isn't a technique element);

¾ deliberately evades the fight;

¾ a contestant utters any remarks during the match;

¾ the contestant or the second shows any disrespect;

¾ The contestant tries to use any wrestling techniques (throws, armlocks, choke techniques);

¾ any hit in the prohibited area;

¾ the contestant removes or tries to remove the fencing mask from himself or the opponent during the match;

¾ the contestant attacks his opponent before the “Fight” command or after the “Stop” command.

¾ any attack of the fallen opponent;

¾ the contestant or his second grossly interferes with the match;

¾ the contestant grips the blade of the sports knife;

¾ hits with head, elbows, knees or the handle of the sports knife.

 

3. The following actions are to be treated as prohibited and punished with 2 (two) penalty points

¾ loss of the sports knife [2];

¾ throwing of the sports knife.

ITEM 13. DISQUALIFICATION

 

1. If a contestant or a second deliberately refuse to carry out the competition rules, referee orders, behave in a rude and aggressive way, the referee disqualifies the competition participant and announces that he/she has lost by disqualification.

2. If a prohibited action results in a trauma, the referee disqualifies the participant who broke the rules and announces that he/she has lost by disqualification.

3. If one of a teammate in the nomination "Team championship" is disqualified, the decision on all team disqualification is made by the chief referee. In case of only one team member disqualification, the team must not make replacement of the disqualified participant. Thus in the subsequent matches in growth category with the disqualified participant, the victory will be awarded to the second team.

 

ITEM 14. KNOCKDOWN

 

  1. Knockdown is

¾ a situation when a contestant is knocked on the floor, or overwhelmed as a result of a blow, or is unable to adequately comply with the match rules.



¾ any stoppage of the contestant, showing his react to pain from a blow and unwillingness to continue the match.

2. Even if these signs are absent, the referee can declare a knockdown situation, if continuation of the match is resulted by danger to the contestant’s safety.
