INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
International cooperation is one of those activities we all assume to be of undoubtedly worth, always good, with important economic, scientific, and political benefits. What could be more appropriate in this age of growing integration of national economies, global issues, and tighter resource constraints than the idea that international cooperation is a valuable and welcome phenomenon? International Cooperation works to enhance multilateral responses to global problems, including: conflict, humanitarian crises, and recovery; international security challenges, weapons proliferation and the changing balance of power; resource scarcity and climate change.
