| Sales support officer for AOC brand (Eastern Europe).
LOCATION : MMD Monitors Displays, Czech republic s.r.o., Jankovcova 1047, Praha 7, 170 00
I.BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Based within an order desk center in Prague the Sales support officer is responsible for customer facing activities such as:
- Order entry and order confirmations to customers as well as accuracy of price at order registration
- Answering queries from customers and sales managers in relation to product availability or orders.
- Receiving and register claims (financial and logistics) and ensure timely feedback loop to the customers.
- Interface with scheduling functions (priority management and transport) in case of rush orders, campaign priority etc via update of the systems and close loop follow up
| II. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
1 Ensure all customer orders are entered correctly and in time with objective to deliver on customer requested delivery date
2 Provide information on orders and product availability
3 Maintaining a good professional relationship with the purchaser contacts of our retailers
4 Arranging transport + communication with warehouse
5 Coordinate and manage FOB Shipments from China factories
6 Support of sales activities in Eastern Europe countries
7 Prepare and submit required reports
| III. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
Reports to Senior Supply chain manager based in Prague
Interactions with other stakeholders :
· Support to local organizations (KAM, sales directors )
· Contacts with F&A department, scheduling function & claims department
· Plans and updates goods flow system in close cooperation with business and sales.
| IV. CAPABITILIES REQUIRED:
- Type of degree : High school/university degree
Experience : 3 years’ experience in customer facing role
· Solid understanding of sales processes to handle methodologies and standard and non-standard situations
· Basic knowledge in SAP
· Generally good computer skills in MS Office (outlook, word, excel)
· Advanced English and Russian spoken and written in scope
· Excellent communication skills & outgoing personality
· Proactive behaviour in order to resolve problems & queries
· Structured approach, sense of organization & close loop follow up
· Good time management
· Capability for team work and organisation

- Logistic costs as % of turnover
- Scheduling performance order desk
- Customer survey satisfaction
- On target monthly deliverables
- Able to meet KPI targets and Quality assurance identified by the business
