Dear Applicant, You are applying for a paid internship placement in Hospitality, Event and Tourism Management in Turkey. Your answers are very important to be selected for a better position and salary. Please try to be clear and true.
Terms and Conditions
ALES arrange paid internship placements into its partner companies such as hotels, resorts, clubs, and restaurants in Turkey. Applicant pays for the placement to the ALES or ALES Agents and work visa fee.
Paid internship placements cover; · Flight expenses up to 500US$ · Return transfers from the airport to the company · Accommodation and meals in the hotel lodgings · Monthly salary between 350US$ and 500US$
PLACEMENT FEE
Placement fee payment must be made in 3 days after visa approval by the Agency. If the intern applies directly the placement fee must be paid in the application.

Please make sure if placements fees are not paid on time, work permits will be cancelled.
CONFIRMATION ALES will bring all the documents for the final confirmation from the partner company. Then, the company will prepare the contract and all necessary documents to apply for the visa and send to the applicant. Intern must supply these documents to apply for the visa; 1. Criminal record 2. Study letter or Diploma 3. Passport (must be valid at least one year) 4. A passport size photograph 5. Signed placement contract by the company 6. Signed visa application form
VISA All documents to apply for the visa must be original and signed clearly. Turkish Consulate will issue a Visa Processing ID Number to the applicant. This ID number should be sent to info@alesedu.com as soon as possible. ALES will follow the visa and permission to stay by this ID number. ALES will not be responsible for any delays or visa refusals from the consulates. This type of placement is considered in work visa application procedures.
Visa Expenses; Visa expenses are 70ˆ to 300ˆ depends on which country you apply. The intern must pay this after visa approval.
BEFORE ARRIVAL After the visa approval, make sure to arrange your arrival and send us your flight ticket confirmation. Intern will receive an information email message, which indicates; · Emergency telephone · The company’s name, address, telephone · Contact person in the company Things to bring; · Summer clothes · Swimming suits · Sunglasses · Sports shoes Things NOT to bring; · Jewellery · Valuable or expensive belongings
ARRIVALS: Applicant will be picked up from the airport and taken to the company’s accommodation.
MONTHLY SALARY: In Turkey, we have to apply for a working permission and applicant has to register to Ministry of Labour. Therefore, some companies have different payment models; we prefer them to pay it directly to the applicant.
Insurance The applicants have insurance in the states which means their health expenses is covered by the states up to certain amount. If the applicant wants to buy personal travel insurance is recommended but not necessary.
Accommodation Hotels provide accommodation to the interns. They stay in the apartments in or near by the hotel area. The rooms are shared with another staff or the hotel and apartments are usually for 2 to 4 people.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
· The placement fees are not refundable unless work visa was refused. · The flight expenses up to 500US$ is reimbursed by the company to the intern in the end of contract before intern departs from Turkey. · The intern has to obey the rules of the company and contract. If the company does not want to work with the applicant after his/her arrival, the intern has to go back to his/her country without any refund.
