The Safety protections guards consist of a set of panels of easy removal, to allow a complete accessibility of the working area in case of needs. Proper lamps light the working area.

All the guards are built in accordance with the International Safety Standards.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FEATURES

 

 

General Observations:

Technical documentation is collected in folders that have general indexes.

One copy of the technical documentation is provided in the language defined in the contract before the equipment’s assembling has been completed. Interconnection plans of fluid dynamic and electrical equipment and material lists can be sent to the customer if explicitly requested when ordering. It is possible to have this documentation delivered prior to shipment in order for the customer to make arrangements for any necessary modifications before the product is

manufactured. In such cases IMT’s technical management must approve the plans and lists mentioned above before the construction phase is to begin.

 

Instructions for use:

An instruction manual, an operating description subdivided by operating modes and functional groups, and a description of all anomaly messages is written for each machine model.

 

Maintenance instructions:

Detailed instructions for inspection, maintenance and upkeep, plus instructions for registration, cleaning and lubrication are included to guarantee adequate maintenance.

Documentation concerning preventive maintenance and the carrying out of prescribed checks is provided for specialized personnel to ensure that safety devices efficiently operate.

 

Fluid dynamic equipment diagrams:

Hydraulic diagrams are provided on DIN A4 sized sheets printed horizontally. Single elements are represented according to the provisions of the ISO 1219 norm.

Groups are assigned a number from a progressive index.

Circuit elements such as distributors, etc, are portrayed in inactive position, that is not powered. Each fluid dynamic diagram is accompanied by a basic list that is ordered by an ascending number. Data shown on the list of each piece indicate the following: position number, piece number, denomination, type, manufacturer and supplier. Fluid dynamic diagrams also show the following data: Explanations of electrical abbreviations for coils; Output on the valve station that lead to the users are progressively numbered with A1, B2, etc. pressure settings, values of pressure regulators and pressure switches; capacity and power absorbed by electric pumps; tank capacity.



 

Electrical plant diagram:

Electrical and connection plans are provided on DIN A4 format sheets, printed horizontally. Documentation is written in conformity with the latest update of the CAE ‘EPLAN’ system’s DIN VDE norm of the Wiechers & Partner Company.

For each piece of machinery IMT provides one print-out of technical documentation or one CD-ROM in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format will be provided.
