4. What is the org structure? An org structure is the formal pattern of how it's people and jobs are grown. Structure is often illustrated by an organization chart.

Our behavior in any situation involves the interaction of our personal characteristics and the characteristics of situation. Thus identifying all the factors is time – consuming and difficult, sometimes it is impossible.
