Project Deliverables
The deliverable project will be not new product but it is fancy type of application. In the end of project, three types of document have to be delivered to the Mentor. PowerPoint presentation will be delivered in electronic form. Main project will be delivered in hard copy. Also we will have application for showing our done work. In PowerPoint presentation will be shown briefly hole project. Each part deliverables and end dates may change, except the final project. The diploma work shall end all deliverables by April 30, 2016.

RECEPTION OF PATIENTS WITH USE OF DICTOPHONES OF PHILIPS
Our company successfully used digital services of speech input of Philips in the system the MEDIA RAVINE, having become the first Russian developer who created medical information system with possibility of speech input.
AQUAMED - THE READY DECISION FOR AUTOMATION
AquaMed is the specialized hardware-software complex for automation of medical institutions of a different profile created by engineers of "Akvarius" together with our company. The configuration the MEDIA RAVINE integrated into the universal decision "Office in a box" used for automation of the enterprises of medium and small business and released the Akvarius company in February, 2006 forms a basis of AquaMed.

| THE ACCOUNTING OF CALLS ON THE BASIS OF CALL - THE CISCO IPCC CENTER | Call-center Cisco allows to automate work of registries, receptions, doctors and other divisions at incoming calls, and also to systematize the received information. On the basis of the indicators received as a result of work of the Call-center, the administration of medical institutions can estimate various aspects of the activity, for example, efficiency of advertizing campaigns and dynamics of demand for the rendered medical services. There are also possible an optimization of work of various divisions, determination of profitability of the operating directions and definition of the perspective directions of further development. |

PROJECT ORGANIZATION
Process model
The project follows the database security application model. In this model, every next phase can only begin when all 3 preceding phases have been successfully completed. However, when necessary, we will let some of these phases run in parallel to decrease the delay due to minor problems with the preceding phases.
Organizational structure
In my project, communication with Mentor will done by me. The mentor of project, located in IITU. And all project I will do by myself. I have responsibility for project`s result.
MANAGERIAL PROCESS
Management Objectives and Priorities
The medical information system is the irreplaceable instrument of management by means of which heads of different level receive solid analytical data. Thanks to efficiency of access to the data - as generalized and detailed - the speed of decision-making and control of their performance increase. The medical institution becomes more operated and ready to the solution of new tasks which are put before it by time.
