POLICY OF DISIPLINE:

Discipline policy is the general requirements of department presenting to learn during the studying of given discipline. These requirements are directed to complete assimilation of learners (student, intern, resident, candidate for a master's degree, PhD student) of educational material and seminal cooperation of teachers and students.

 

Learner is obliged:

- Acquire knowledge, skills and competences in full force.

- Accumulate portfolio in electronic format from the first course to effort the competence by chosen

educational path

- Keep clean and disciplined. Behave worthy at university and hospitals. Observe silence and order at the lessons, halls and corridors.

- Enter and going off the audience after the start of lessons is assumed upon authorization of lecturer only.

- Attendance of practical (laboratory, seminar) lectures is compulsory for absolute assimilation of academic program. Necessarily presenting at professor's or lecturer’s rounds on clinical departments.

- Satisfy department requirements to visiting of solitary work of learners with lecturer.

- Attend lectures, practical, laboratory and seminar lessons in medical uniform

- Have sanitary books on clinical departments with tolerance of HIS

- Handle with care with department property. Commit no nuisance! Don’t write on the tables!



- Forbidden to wear spiked shoes

- Comply with the rules of fire security

- Comply with the rules of internal university regulations

- Participate fully in the department life…

- Take part in the work of theoretical and practical, anatomic-pathological conferences

- Turn off mobile phones while lectures are giving

- Forbidden to take mobile phones to exams.

- In case of using of mobile phone in the capacity of prompting the learner will move away from exam and allot the mark F. Student which use a crib sheet on exams automatically receive the mark “unsatisfactory”

- Completions in department are carrying out at extracurricular hours. Completions are assumed in workaday. Completions in clinical department are assumed during the night watch of faculty

- Lessons missed without valid excuse are not work off

- In case of missing for valid reason the learner obliged to get admission of deanery for one week starting with the day of coming to university

- Learner is obliged to work off the missing classes during 2 month

- In case of missing the lectures apart the reasons the learner must have the summary of lecture material and show it the lector

- In case of missing classes for a valid reason (being hospital treatment, uprising of unexpected developments: acts of God, crashes, etc.), intern, warden or his relatives are obliged to put wise department and deanery about the incident by all means and provide the supporting documents during three days

- Supporting documents are: inquiry of student hospital, death certificate of homely, donor certificate, marriage certificate, birth certificate of a child. Interns, residents, candidates for a master's degree and PhD students are obliged to provide the sick list. In the absence of supporting documents the excuse is considered unreasonable. In case of providing false documents access is not issued and according to internal regulations in relation to learner administrative measures will be taken.

- Together with the admission the photocopy of the confirming document is provided to chair.

- In case of missing two or more classes during the month the learner is considered not certificated.

- At the last lesson the assessment of a rating of the admission on discipline is counted. In the ARA list the learner affix a signature of familiarization

- The learners who have passed 25% without valid excuse from the total amount of hours of lectures classes (lectures, practical) aren’t allow to intermediate certification (exam/ test) on discipline and obliged to pass a summer (paid) semester

- The learners who have passed 25% for a valid reason from the total amount of hours of lectures classes (lectures, practical) it is necessary to work out all misses according to individual shift

- If the learner missed objective control for a valid reason and didn’t work out within month then instead of “NA” allotting “0” in the paper log

- In case in one subject of integration or related subjects of 4,5,6,7 courses of the specialty "General Medicine" the learner receives "F", during a summer (paid) semester the learner passes only that discipline by which there is "F"

- In case if examination consists of two and more stages and learner receives "0" at one of stages, the total assessment will be unsatisfactory

- Evaluation is counts if only the learner have rating access and resulting control positive evaluations. Positive evaluation includes the marks from 50% to 100% and negative evaluation from 0% to 49%

- Low grades received at the current lessons and on objective control are not works out. Granting low grades the learner receives low of rating access valuation that in its turn have an effect on access to exams

- The repeating an examination of a positive assessment on intermediate certification for the purpose of its increase isn't allowed.

- In the report book of RAV is filling in on the right side. The valuation of differential test is have an effect on scholarship

- On condition that executed conditions of study program on all disciplines of semester mentioned by curriculum the learner admits to interim and resulting attestation. Admission to examination period is forms by order of deanery.

- Transferring of the learner from a course to a course is carried out on the basis of a GPA of progress of the student

- If the learner is not gather a lowest passing score GPA, he takes classes repeatedly with privation of educational grant or deducts on one's own accord

- The learners who carried out course program in full force but didn’t gather passing score are permitted to reexamine the discipline on a paid basis (apart from discipline “History of Kazakhstan”) and repeat the examination. Repeatedly received an assessment has no effects on assignment of scholarship

- At restoration (after the sabbatical year) or transfer from specialty to specialty the learner is obliged to take all course completely and to pass examinations.

 

 

Introduction

The course of the Basis of the economic theory is called to form economic thinking and skills of behaviour of economic subjects in market economy. The knowledge of bases of the economic theory creates an opportunity of the deep analysis of economic practice of market relations.

At present stage transition to market relations has given the importance of the economic theory which studying became a condition of formation of modern economic outlook and an active civic stand in the state economic and social policy realization.

Themethodsofstudying the bases of economic theoryare the unity of the historical and logic analysis and synthesis, an induction and deduction, scientific abstraction, mathematical modelling, an economic experiment and forecasting.

The aim of discipline he basis of the economic theory is preparation of the experts owning theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of an economic life of a society, about methods and tools of studying of these phenomena, about ways and means of the decision of economic problems.

Tasks of training discipline "the Basis of the economic theory» consist in teaching students theoretical knowledge of evolution and laws of social and economic development of a society in various economic systems, and also about principles and motives of economic behaviour of the person in conditions of the limited resources to form economic outlook and an active civic stand in state economic and social policy realization.
