Day 3

10.00 – 11.00 Workshop 1: “Promotion in Internet, possibilities and challenges”. Presentation of possibilities of promotion in Internet: Search Engine Optimization, Social networks, Google adsense, etc.
11.00 – 12.00 Workshop 2: “NGOs representation in Internet”. Presentation of free or low cost tools for NGOs, which will help to introduce and market their organizations or activities in Internet.
12.00 – 13.00 Workshop 3: “Web Diary of the training development”. Practical try out and study how to use “WordPress” or “Joomla” engine for developing an effective and Free cost websites and blog. Giving basic knowledge on design patterns and techniques.
13.00 – 14.00 Workshop 4/1: “Develop a Web Diary site”. Participants are divided into 4 groups and they have 4 different sites with preinstalled WordPress engine. They need to find the theme for the site and plugins, which will help to promote the site in Internet. Final voting will select the best design, which will become the view of Web diary.
14.00-15.00 Lunch
15.00-17.00 Workshop 4/2 : “Develop a Web Diary site”.
17.00-19.00 Discussion and working in groups: “NGO vs. Firma”. (Example topics: „What and how NGO could teach Commercial firms”, „Motivation of the personel in NGO and in Firms”, etc. ) Presenting and Using „SWAT” analysis - method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses/Limitations, Opportunities.

Day 4

10.00 – 14.00 Visiting Tartu. Meetings:
· Meeting local youth activists, workers or authorities:
Participants will present Youth in Action Programme: specific approaches and tools. Technical and administrative details. Details regarding Partners finding for youth projects. Youthpass.
· Meeting 1 or 2 organisationsand bringing several best examples of “Successful Estonian or International NGOs”.
· Round table with representatives of start-up companies. We are going to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of business and social segments and how further cooperation might improve our work.
· Meeting with Mass-media representatives.During this session, participants will be able to consult about promotion and advertizing possibilities in Mass-media sources for NGOs.

15.00-19.00 Excursion, Free time and personal collaboration.
19.00-20.00 Dinner in Tartu

Day 5

10.00 – 11.00 Introduction to the “Big- day Simulation Game”. Participants will have an opportunity to try their skills and knowledge obtained during the course. Similar to Monopoly-role game.
