Es necesario el conocimiento de las interacciones medicamentos-alimentos para garantizar un adecuado efecto terapéutico, minimizar la posibilidad de interacciones y efectos adversos. Para ello el equipo muiltidisciplinario constituido por la nutricionista, enfermera, farmacéutico y médico deben trabajar en estrecha relación.
