The stages in recruitment include sourcing candidates by advertising or other methods, and screening and selecting potential candidates using tests or interviews.
Personnel officer: a person appointed or elected to some position of responsibility or authority in some organization supervising matters of personnel.
Shortlist:a list of those people or items preferred or most likely to be chosen, as winners
from a longer list of possibilities.
Strength: a strong or valuable attribute, quality, trait, characteristic.
Weakness: an inadequate or defective quality, as in a person ' s character; slight fault or
defect.
Covering letter/cover letter/ motivation letter/motivational letter or letter of motivation:a letter of introduction attached to, or accompanying another document such as a résumé or curriculum vitae.
