这项协议是在中国人民共和国有关法律，法规的规定，并通过平等和互惠互利的基础上的友好协商。

This agreement is made in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and through friendly negotiations based on equality and mutual benefits.

厦门一代文化艺术发展有限公司将确保不得有卖淫或任何在互联网上非法使用演艺人员的图像或视频的风险。

Xiamen Yi Dai Culture and Arts Development Co., Ltdshall ensure there shall be no risk of prostitution or any illegal usage of the images or videos of the artiste on the internet.

职位/Position:模特儿/Model

工作责任：人体彩绘, 比基尼秀，内衣秀，车模，照片模特儿，走秀。

Working Responsibilities:Body Painting, Bikini show, Under Garment show, Model for car show, photographic Model and Cat walking.

厦门交税后工资：每月壹仟贰佰美元整 1,200.00 美元. 会与当天美元对换人民币的汇率结算。

Salary after taxation in Xiamen: ONE THOUSAND AND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ONLY, 1,200.00 USD. The amount in USD will base on the date of payment exchange rate and be paid in RMB.

合同持续时间: 叁个月。（在合同结束的前20天，甲方和乙方将协商是否继续延长合同，最少延期时间为叁个月）。

Duration of contract: THREE MONTHS. (Party A and Party B will come to a discussion about the renewal of contract 20 days prior the ending of this contract. Minimum extension of the next contract will be THREE MONTHS.)

甲方会提供乙方国际往返机票；

国际航班：基辅城市，俄罗斯到香港往返机票。

中国到达城市：厦门。

行礼：行礼重量托运和手提行礼由每个航空公司规定。 通常托运行礼是：20公斤和手提行礼是7公斤。其它超出托运行礼费用由乙方自己承担。除非特殊情况之下，比如有重要的演出服装或者乐器，乙方要提前通知甲方该物品的实际重量，甲方就会补偿乙方该物品的超重费用。费用包含从国际行程到目的地城市行程的超重费用。

Party A will provide Round Trip tickets for Party B as followed;

International Destination: From Kiev City, Ukraine to Hong Kong round trip tickets.

Domestic destination: Xiamen City.

Baggage Allowances: Baggage allowances will be subjected to each and every airline entitlement. Normal checked in baggage allowances are 20KG and hand carry baggage allowances are 7KG. Any excess baggage fees incurred more than the above mentioned allowances entitlement, Party B shall be responsible by himself or herself. Circumstances whereby, there are any special costumes, equipments or instruments from Party B, Party B shall inform Party A ahead of time the exact weight of the item, Party B shall first pay the excess and then claim from Party A with the airlines official excess baggage receipt. This shall include in the International and Domestic flights excess baggage claim from Party B.

1. 住宿

a. 甲方提供“艺人”住宿，两个人一间房间。同性。

b. 甲方提供的住宿，将配备空调，洗衣机，床垫，床单，毛毯，炉灶，冰箱，宽带网络和无线网络，在客厅的电视，浴室里的热水器。

c. 乙方在住房期间，如果有任何属于的损失由乙方损坏，乙方应完全负责赔偿费用。

1. Accommodation

a. Party A will provide accommodation for Party B. Twin sharing per ONE room. With the same sex.

b. The accommodation provided will be equipped with air conditioners, washing machine, mattress, bed sheet, blanket, cooking stoves, refrigerator, Internet excess with WIFI, Television in the living room, heater for bathroom.

c. During the occupancy period, any cause of damages in the room by Party B, Party B shall be fully responsible for the cost of damage.

2. 演出证，健康证和工作签证

a. 甲方将提供乙方在归属地的演出许可证，健康证和工作“Z”签证。 乙方将在本国申请商务“F”签证或者旅游“L”签证先到目的地之后才能申请工作“Z”签证。

1. Performance license, Health certificate and Working Visa

1. Party A shall provide application of performance license, health check up and working visa for Party B. Party B shall apply for business “F” visa or tourist “L” visa in the Country of residence then enter China. The working visa can only be applied in the city of employment and cannot be applied outside China.

1. 工作责任

1. 乙方在一个工作月内可有1个休息日。
2. 工作时间是从晚上9点钟到凌晨3点钟。
3. 在节日或者特殊情况之下，需要乙方在早上或者中午演出。
4. 在工作期间，乙方将必需准时到现场演出，提前20分钟到现场准备。 如果是以私人的问题迟到的情况之下，第一次罚款为50.00美元，第二次罚款为100.00美元，第三次罚款为200.00美元。 四次以上，甲方有权利把乙方的剩余工资扣留，并且乙方需自己买票回国的回程机票。

3. Working Responibilities

a. Party B will be entitled to ONE day off per month.

b. Working hours will be from 9.00PM to 3.00AM daily. Party B will have to perform 5 sets of songs. Each set have to be at least 30 Minutes. Break interval shall not be more than 30 minutes each time.

c. During Public holidays and Special occasions, Party B must prepare to perform in the morning or during the afternoon. As for the night performances remains.

d. During working period, Party B shall arrive to the arena of performances 20 minutes before the working hours, to ensure and prepare all instruments and sound tuning to be in good conditions. Party B need to be punctual for performances, if late due to personal reasons, Party B shall be fined. First time of fined will be 50.00USD, Second time of fined will be 100.00USD and Third time will be 100.00USD. More than three time of unpunctuality, Party A will have to right to not pay Party B the balance salary, Party B must purchase his or her own return ticket to the Country of departure.

4.在合同期间，如果乙方没有通知甲方而擅自为第三方表演的情况之下。 甲方有权利终止合约。 乙方将弥补甲方的一切损失。

1. At any time where Party B would have any other performance contract without notifying Party A during the period of this contract, Party A would have the right to terminate the contract and will not refund Party B,s deposit and the Party B would have to repay all International Flight costs to Party A and a resulting compensation related losses.
2. 乙方演员需要互相配合协调演出达到一定的演出质量，如有个人的因素而影响演出的情况之下。甲方有权里终止合约，而付乙方到终止合同的那一个工作日为止。

1. At any time where Party B performing steps, movements and coordination with other partners are not in good co ordinations, Party B will have to improve and keep up to the standards and images of the relevant co ordinations. In any case where Party B would not improve on the quality of the show, due to lack of rehearsal or other personal reasons, Party A would have the right to terminate the contract and pay the accumulated days of work on pro rated basis till the day of termination.
2. 双方应遵守协议，并保护对方的合法利益，不得有透露任何商业机秘或对方的个人信息秘密如关于以薪金，旅行车费，董事会和住宿等方面不应被披露在任何时候这将是违反本协议的相关条例 。违反本合同任何一款条例，将导致本合同终止。

1. Both Parties shall abide by the agreement and protect each other’s legit interest and not disclose any business or personal secrets of the other party. Information with regards to salary, trip fare, board and lodging should not be disclosed at all times or this will be a breach of this agreement. Breach of this contract will result in the termination of this contract

我们兹同意的条款，并表示在上述书面合同，并应当服从，并不会违反任何规则和法规，给予党，第三党和中国人民共和国的条件。

1. We, hereby agree with the terms and conditions stated in the above written contract and shall obey and will not violate any rules and regulations given by Party A, third party and the People’s Republic of China
2. 甲方只负责乙方的住宿，国内中转机票和更改国际机票的费用是到合同结束后。 乙方如果需要更改任何国内或者国际机票的情况之下，费用以乙方承担。

1. Party A shall be responsible for accommodation, domestic transfer and International flight change of date fees at the point of the end of contract. At any point of time whereby Party B require to change the dates of the domestic transfer and International flight change of dates fee, Party B shall be fully responsible for the cost incurred.

合同有效期为第一天工作日开始。

Contract will take place from the first day of work.

每个月工资从合同生效之日起满一个月后，应付款。

Salary payment shall be made after 1 full month from the effective date of contract.

第一个月乙方邀请到岗后甲方支付乙方300美元的工资，到满一个月再付剩余的工资。 第二个月起，以做满一个月支付一次工资。

Party B require Party A to pay USD$300.00 advance payment on arrival to the place of work, balance payment to be paid after ONE full month of work. Subsequent months, Party B shall be paid after every ONE full working month.

该合同将发生时，双方在签名上签署。公司的行为，将邮票，并签署。个人只签署。每一方都将举行一个签名并盖章的合同副本。

The contract will take place when both party signatures are signed. Company’s act have to be stamp and sign. Individual have to be sign only. Each party will hold one copy of the signed and stamped contract.
