The “Rainbow animaitionCompany” is an entertainment agency supplies entertainment service to entertain the Hotel customers, hereinafter entitled as the «First Party», represented by Mr. Islam Hodhod, the owner, from one side, and the «Second party_____________________________________________________________________, from another side, entered into the present Contract as follows:

Subject of the contract.

1.1. The present Agreement regulates the relationship between the First party and the Second party

1.2. The Second party is employed on a position of “Animator”

1.3. The place of work is______________________________________________

1.4. The duration of the Agreement is 6 (six) months, from “___” ___________ 20__ till “___” ____________ 20__.

Obligations Parties.

2.1. The First party obligations:

2.1.1. The First party guarantees the Second party to provide a free 2 weeks training for profession “Animation”. The training is provided in the same place as the place of work. The duration of the work agreement is excluded the training period.

2.1.2. The First party arranges the transfer from the airport to the place of training, if it is agreed between both parties.

2.1.3. During the training period the First party provides the Second party the following issues (all the issues are provided by previous agreement with the management of hotel and free of charge):

- The accommodation in the staff house or guest room;

- All inclusive conditions of food & beverage as per hotels policy limited;

- Laundry service;

- Non alcoholic drinks and water during the day;

2.1.4. After finishing the 6 (six) months contract the First Party guarantees to buy the flight ticket back for the Second Party.

2.1.3. In case of breaking off the contract, the First party will arrange the flight ticket to the country of origin for the Second party, which will pay for the ticket by himself. The deposit of $150 will not be returned back to the Second party as a penalty. Second party should immediately leave the hotel, from that moment the First Party take off all the responsibility about the Second party.

2.1.5. After successful finishing the 2 (two) weeks non-paid training the Second party starts to get the monthly salary with amount of 300-350$.The salary will be received during the first 2 (two) weeks of each month for the previous month.

2.1.6. From the first month’s salary it will be deducted deposit of 150 $, which will be fully returned back to the Second party after finishing the contract. The First party is guarantees for the Second party the paid flight ticket back only in case 6 months or more duration of the contract.

2.2. The Second party obligations:

2.2.1. The Second party is responsible to arrange the medical insurance for the period which is mentioned in the contract and flight ticket to the place of the training for the profession Animation.

2.2.2. If during training period the Employee decides that offered job is not suitable for him, he can terminate the labor Agreement on his own initiative. The deposit of 150 $ will not be returned back to the Second party as a penalty, the Second party has to have the amount of money with him to be able to pay the flight ticket back.

2.2.3. After successful finishing of the training period the Second party starts to work as animator in animation team and will be under leading and control of the Chief Animator during the period of the present Agreement.

2.2.4. The Second party is not allowed to ask the hotel for any other ways of earning money (except his salary).

2.2.5. The Second party has 6 working days and one day off per week. The end of the day off is until the beginning of the evening show according to the hotel rules.

2.2.6. The Second party must follow the hotel rules and the animation rules which are mentioned in the Appendix 1 of the present Agreement. If the Second party will not follow the rules and shows disrespect to his team the contract will be broken immediately without any pecuniary demands from the First party.

2.2.7. The Second party must follow the law of Egypt. If the Second party will not follow the Egyptian law the First party takes off all the responsibility for the Second part front of government of Egypt. And the present Agreement will be broken immediately without any pecuniary demands from the First party.

2.2.8. If the Second party wants to change hotel for some reasons the First party should be informed before 2 weeks. The First party has a right to change hotel by agreement with the Second party.
