We would like to invite you to attend at “European Taekwon-Do ITF seminar for umpires and coaches” to be held in capital of Czech Republic, Prague.

The seminar will be held from 22nd – 24th November 2013 Aqua Palace, Prague – Průhonice.

ACCOMMODATION AND BOARD

Special agreement for accommodation fees has been made with hotel of Aqua Palace

PRICE PER PERSON

Single room: 61 Euro per room per day

Double room: 81 Euro per room per day

Seminar fee: 90 Euro (3^rd degree and above) per person

70 Euro (1^st and 2^nd degree black belt) per person

Included in price:

· Overnight stay with breakfast

· Indoor swimming pool, Whirlpool, saunas

· Soft and hot drinks with snacks during breaks

· Residence tax

· Training & Meeting rooms

ORGANIZING FEE:

· 0 EUR for participants accommodated in Aqua Palace Hotel

· 50 EURO for participants with own accommodation

CERTIFICATION:

All participants will receive a “Certificate of Participation” by the Organizer. Those who wish to apply for an “International Umpire Certificate” must submit an application endorsed by their relevant NGB to the Chairman of the Umpire Committee of E.I.T.F. Snr. Master Michael Prewett.

The cost of an “International Umpire Certificate” is:

· 150 Euro for A’ class

· 80 Euro for B’ class

Application forms will be provided by the Organizer and applicants must send a digital photo.

TRANSPORT

Without booking, no transportations are available from the Organizing Committee, therefore, your own transport arrangements will be necessary. Other arrivals by your own means must all proceed to the meeting point (Aqua Palace Hotel) at the designated time and location set forth by the Organizing Committee. The Meeting Point for accreditations and payments of all umpires/coaches including seminar fee and Hotel Accommodation is set up at the hotel. If there is any country or team arriving before the official arrival date, please contact the Organizing Committee in advance.
