France was left without light, Germany and the UK are affected by an accident on roads and cars in Belgium were literally frozen. Spring (March 2013) is in no hurry to come in the west of Europe. These regions have been affected by snowfall. The height of the snow drifted in the area was 20 cm (13 March 2013).
Air travelers are feeling the worst of the wintry weather that has struck Europe, and all travel, especially on the roads, is proving risky in several countries.
Heathrow, the world’s busiest airport was again hit with flight cancellations with over 100 flights grounded.
It is the same story in Paris, where airline companies have been told to cut their Paris arrivals and departures by 40%. At Orly’s Airport 100 flights had been canceled, which make up 20% of the total number of flights per day.
All this was cause of down the price of the shares Air Companies. Shares of Deutsche Lufthansa on 12 March was $15,60 per share, but on 13 March they dropped to $15,49 per share, a decrease 0,71%. And Company posted a loss for this period, because people gave back their tickets. Air France-KLM’s shares traded down 1,34%. On 12 March they was $8,200 per share, on 13 March they got down to 8,090.
On 13 March the stock index FTSE plummeted 0,45% from $6510,62 per share to $6481, 50.
From the snow had suffered losses even operator Fraport AG (Frankfurt), which announced the cancellation. It’s shares became cheaper 0,28%. From $43, 24 to 43, 12 fell just for 1 day.
Service on the Eurostar trains that go under the English Channel was suspended mid-morning because severe weather in northern France and Belgium forced operators to close sections of the railway. This, too, could not help but reflect on their shares. They reduced from $42 for 1 ticket to $40 (Standard Class) (Brussels-Paris). It was down 4,8%.
Share of Electricite de Strasbourg (EDSP) was fell 0,30% from $95,89 on 13 March to $95,60 per share on 14 March, because tens of thousands of homes in France were without electricity.
As we have seen many air companies, insurance companies have suffered losses in just 24 hours. But there are things more important than all these shares because no matter what happened in the stock market, the changes were not huge, they stabilized in time.
People hope that this terrible natural phenomenon is not repeated

As children, our primarily learning tools were reading and writing. As we grow older, and our attention span grows shorter, these tools are rendered ineffective.
Learning happens for adults only when they are actively involved in the process. Action has a deep impact on memory.
Research shows that understanding and retention is long lasting only when we learn by doing.
This book is a compilation of exercises that derive profound insights by actively engaging and involving the participants.
Lessons on important Part 1 course points are derived through a fun and easy manner. The focus is as much on enjoying the process as it is on the learning from it.
How to use this book?
The book is organized into sections, viz. Leadership, Teamwork
Each section comprises:
1. Exercises
a. Each exercise has comprehensive trainer notes, which the trainers are advised to adhere to. This will ensure that every important aspect of the exercise is covered. Also it will ensure that the trainer is prepared for participant responses and actions as outlined in “Expect to see” and “Expect to hear” tips.
b. Care has been taken to design specific exercises for each course. Trainers are recommended to adhere to it to ensure no duplication.
c. Few exercises need the use of props. These are very important to draw out the Learning and should not be over looked.
d. The Learnings at the end of each exercise are the most important takeaways for the participants. Trainers should spend at least 20% of the exercise time on discussing the learnings. Examples, instances, situation specific to the group can be discussed to reinforce and reiterate the message.
e. The exercises will have a deeper and longer lasting impact on the participants if each of them makes a personal action plan for the future. Trainers are advised to ensure that there is a follow-up for implementation.
2. Quotes
A few words with profound meaning, can add to the depth of understanding of the trainer and participants.

How is this relevant to our life (Findings)
The following points should be established
● When we work alone in different directions, it leads to chaos and disharmony
● When we start in bigger groups, it leads to more harmony and we feel good too
● When we work in big groups and follow a leader, not only do we achieve our goal, we
bond better, feel good and look great as a team to the world
