Introduction

The specifics of the operations of the bank to attract and place means implies that all banks periodically may have a surplus, and the lack of credit resources. Credit market (MBC) is a large segment of the financial market, which organized the purchase and sale of credit in the form of interbank loans and interbank deposits. The main characteristic of IBC is to redistribute resources between subjects of credit, which in this case are the banks. In addition to the subjects of credit, MBC is defined by its nature elements - bank management and collateral value, character movement IBC, which is a paid exchange resources and collateral value, the direction of movement in the issuance and redemption of MBC. In general, the essence of the IBC - is the sharing of credit and deposit forms of value between creditor banks and bank-borrower.
Interbank lending refers to the largest financial market segments, which are bought and sold short-term loans in the form of interbank loans and interbank deposits.
Credit market is different from other segments of the financial market for its versatility by serving the needs of commercial banks, as it links the diverse inter-bank relations and various banking transactions. In addition, it is the source of operational funds to maintain liquidity balance sheets of commercial banks, correspondent accounts and recharge for operations in other more profitable market segments. Interbank market - market share of loan capital, which temporarily free funds of credit institutions involved and placed the pot mostly in the form of interbank deposits in a short time.
As you know, the market of interbank loans in a developed market economy is one of the most important sectors of the financial market. Unfortunately, this sector of the economy is going through quite a difficult time.

The interbank lending market is a market in which banks extend loans to one another for a specified term. Most interbank loans are for maturities of one week or less, the majority being overnight.In the early days of the Russian banking system for the majority of banks' main source of credit were not deposits, as is common in the world, and the inter-bank credit (ICB). Free credit resources have generally banks with a solid customer base, or banks conducting prudent credit policy.

Start trading with credit resources refers to 1991, when the Moscow International and Moscow Central Stock Exchange began conducting credit auctions. Further development of the interbank credit market due to the creation of Interbank Financial House and Interbank Association "Orgbank" on sites that also dominated the auction form of bidding. They were held once a week, which created some difficulties for banks participating in a rapidly changing market conditions. To address these problems have been used credit shops, through which it became possible to exhibit daily application for the purchase and sale of resources and respond quickly to changing market conditions.
