We investigated the meeting frequencies of the gastroenterological diseases (chronic qastritis, duodenitis, pancreatitis, cholecystitis, colitis, gall-stone) while learninq the functional position of the ovaries after the hysterectomy operation without increases. We divided 81 patients into 2 half groups: 23 patients with early reproductive age were belonged to the half group A, and 58 patients with late reproductive age were belonged to the half group B. We compared the inspection results with the II group (25 women) being conducted miomectomy operation. Anamnesis, subjective compleints have been learnt, general clinikal gynecological, laboratory examinations: the appointment of hypophyseal and ovary hormones, common blood, analysis and biochemical analysis defining the functional position of the liver, denital organs, suprasonic inspection ofof liver and doppler velocimetry were carried out. Results: exstragenital patalogies, at the same time, gastroenterological diseases have been observed in 87,73 % patients after the operation. Stomach intestine – liver syndromes (chronic qastritis, duodenitis, pancreatitis, cholecystitis, colitis, gall-stone) were noted in 24,52 % patients. Some diseases as exstragenital vegetative vascular dystonia, lower extremities varix dilatation, chronic gastroenterological diseases, obesity, diabetes were increased with the strict distinctions during the time period not farawey after the hysterectomy operation and this was more salient in the gastroenterological diseases. Among these the chronic qastritis, duodenitis, pancreatitis, cholecystitis, colitis, gall-stone have been met more. Gastroenterological diseases in half group A reached to 65,21 % from 26,08 %. So, Gastroenterological diseases have increased 39,13%. Though the meeting frequency of the gastroenterological diseases in the patients of the droup B was equal to 27,58%, the meeting frequency of this disease has reached 51,72 % after the operation. That is, has increased 24,13 %. If we, look throung all the main group, we can see that, the visible increase was in the gastroenterological diseases after the hysterectomy operation without increases. While looking throung the analogical results in the patients done miomectomy, we can see that, the gastroenterological diseases have increased 4 % . As the result we can say that, after the hysterectomy operation without increases in the reproductive ages cutting and closing of the ovary branch of the uterus artery – one of the main vessels feeding the ovaries during the operation caused the functional fault of the ovaries, including the creation of the different gastroenterological diseases. And Miomectomy operation doesn’t cause the changes in the hormonal status, because it doesn’t break the blood supply of the ovaries, the strict increase wasn’t observed in the exstragenital diseases after the operation.
PROSPECTS OF NEUTRALIZATION OF BY-EFFECTS OF ANTIBIOTICS IN PEDIATRIC PRACTICE

Dramatic growth of resistance of microorganisms to antimicrobic preparations (AMP) remains priority for World Health Organization worldwide. At the same time there is one more major side of the problem of AMP usage – negative influence on microbiocenoses of the person. It demonstrates that nowadays questions of preventive maintenance of early diagnostics and treatment of diseases at children are beyond framework of actual pediatrics and represent a complicated and great medical social problem. Negative impact of AMP on microbiocenoses of the person as a whole and intestines in particular is connected with several mechanisms: direct overwhelming action on normal flora by the mediated effects and influence of components of a preparation (not the antibiotic). Our researches held on the great clinical material (263 children with various intestinal infections) have shown that available classes of antibiotics of a wide spectrum of action to some extent oppress the normal microflora of thick intestines which is normally observed at 48-64 % of patients (Š ‹0,05). Frequency of development of this condition depends on the used antibiotic and comprises for - tsefalosporins– 48 %, amoksotsilin/ clavunate– 39 %, quinolone – 22 %. Thus the risk of development of relapse remains within 30 days after appointment of the antimicrobic preparation which was the reason of the first episode of a microbic disbalance. Clinical display of disorder of an intestinal microbiocenosis can vary on severity level from an easy diarrhea to the hardest colitis and appear as delayed. Strategy of ‘Harm decrease’ from application of antibiotics assumes realization on several directions: optimization, an accurate substantiation of actually etiotherapy; application of topical corrugating biological products. The knowledge of features of these preparations allows to choose not only the most effective preparation in a concrete clinical situation, but also to define the optimal tactics (a preparation dose, duration and an application method).
