Introduction Epidemiologic examination of popularity of ulcer disease (UD) at the native (Khakass people) and the stranger inhabitants (Russian or European people) of Khakassia revealed that the indicators of the sickness rate of UD had sharply increased (4.5 and 8.1% accordingly) under the same level of contamination H pylori (95.4% among the inhabitants of Khakassia and 95.2% among the Caucasian people). The aim of the work is reveal of ethnic – deterministic features of immune response at the patients with UD DPK at the native and stranger inhabitants of Khakassia.
Materials and methods Immunophenotype of lymphocytes of mucous membrane of stomach was defined in biptats (CD4+, CD8+ è CD20+) of immunohistochemical method using monoclonal antibodies of set of the firms “Dako” («Novocastra», Denmark). The number of subpopulation of lymphocytes of blood (CD3+, CD4+ è CD8+) was defined by the method of streaming cytofluorimeter (Beckman Coulter EPICS XL, Switzerland) by applying monoclonal antibodies. The statistic analysis was held using the package of the program “Statistica 6.0”.
Results and their discussions Development of UD at the inhabitants of Khakassia was accompanied by high content of CD4+ and CD20+ lymphocytes of mucous membrane of stomach (33,6±0,9 and 38,8±0,9%) in comparison with the Caucasian people (26,0±0,8 and 32,4±0,7%, ð<0,05). Activation of CD lymphocytes in peripheral blood was revealed at the Caucasian people in higher degree (CD3+ - 84,3±4,7%, CD4+ - 51,4±9,9% and CD8+ - 30,1±3,9%) suffering from UD than at the native inhabitants of Khakassia (CD3+ - 49,2±13,1%, CD4+ - 29,6±8,1% è CD8+ - 17,8±5,0%).
Summary The features on correlation of cellular and humoral link of local and system immunity in chronic carriage of H. pylori have been discovered at the native and the stranger inhabitants of Khakassia. The disorder witnesses about the essential role of the population peculiarity of immune response in H.pylori pathogenesis associated with ulcer disease.
