This appendix shows the GACs and Tasks, divided by Job Model Level, and rated according to a scale. The ratings shown are sample levels which demonstrate the level of competence required by each level of work.

Rating Scale: 0 = No awareness or skill;
1 = Awareness only, understand;
2 = Can do with assistance;
3 = Skilled, no supervision;
4 = Advanced, can lead and review;
5 = Can plan work of others.
