I found AIESEC’s facebook page when I was searching for youth organizations. I found out that a high reputation and I decided to apply for exchange programms. After passing the interview I decided to apply for being a member and a part of AIESEC program as I think it’d give me a good chance to develop my leadership skills and not only

I am responsible worker, if i like what i am doing, i will do it properl, o like my job to be well done, i will do my best to achieve succes
What is the biggest global/national issue in your point of view? And why?
What do you think you can do about it, now, while being a university student?
For me the biggest problem now is corruption.When you are a student and want to have a good work and you are trying to do your best for it and the only thing you see is the unfaithful world surrounding you the biggest problem becomes corruption.

I have worked in a team for 2 years in different political organisatins.
Advantage –you are not alone, you can do everything helping each other
Disadvantage not every one understands u as well as u want, working with many people can cause misunderstandings, and can molest to have job to be well done

Leader must have inteligent eyes, to rise realience towards herself,........................................................

Yes it happened, and the best way of solving problems it to coorporate together, to share opinions and views,

Whenever i ma not sutisfied with the result of my work, i try to oversee the problem and find solution to it, but if the result is not sutisfifing again i will o as long as nessasary to have perfect results
