Need For Coordination

Centralization of control

Centralization refer to the degree to which one or more parties have disproportionate authority or infulance over which interaction take place and how they are carried out.

Complexity

A complex industry enviermant often induce firm to exert more effort in coordinating their behaviors complexity may take many forms. But more relevant are technological and demand complexity

Imperfact separability
