Accommodation Year 2013

Under the responsibility of the Association “Mediterraneo”

There is no business relation. Any subject regarding the rent should be

treated directly with the responsible person of the Association.___________________________________________________________________

The apartments are composed by 2 or 3 rooms, besides kitchen and bathroom.

To obtain the assignement in the apartment, the student should make the application to Mediterranean filling in and signing the module enclosed, executing to the confirmation action ( at least 7 days starting from the confirmation) the payment of € 130,00 (aundred thirty euros), which will be complemented with eventual supplemental services requested by the student.

The payment of the sums should be made by bank deposit in favor of:

The applications should be made in, at least, 20 days in advance from the arrival date. The confirmation not accompanied by the relative payment of the sums specified, until the 7 foreseen days, will be annulled automatically.

The requests to obtaining the letter of lodging confirmation, which will be supplied to the student and for this directed to the diplomatic representation of his/her country for the request of the visa application, will be made with the correspondent payment referred below.

Arrivals without previous applications or confirmations will be under the Association Mediterranean responsibility. However, an eventual assignement in apartment, will cost € 20,00 (twenty euros) besides the regular costs.

The amount of 100,00 (a hundred euros) must be paid at the confirmation, it will be destined for the arrival warranty to the property reserved ( see norms of behavior in the properties) and they will be returned at the end of the permanence as long as eventual damages are not verified € 30,00 (thirty euros) will be destined to Mediterranean, for the associative costs

At the arrival, each student should pay:

1 - directly to one of the responsible of CTS, the sum of € 10,00 for the cleaning of the apartment;

2 - directly to the owner of the property, the value of the rent of the first month. Each successive rent will be paid in the first days of every month.

Together with the rent, the student should give to the owner a copy of an identity document (passport or identity card).

(*) Usually, the lodging will be made it double room, but through the explicit application of the student or in case of excessive lodging requests, it will be made in triples rooms. Obviously such accommodations will have appropriate characteristics.

The Standard and Superior apartments are differed for the furniture, for the proximity to the historical center and the headquarters of the Università per Stranieri Dante Alighieri, and for a superior flow of public services of transport in the area.

For best organization, you must know:

1. The rental of the apartments has to RIGOROUSLY respect the periods of beginning and end location, that will be specified in the present rule, from Association "Mediterraneo" during the various months of the year;

2. The months, will have to be considered from the first day of the mount to the last day of the same month. For such reason, if a student will occupy an apartment, some days after the beginning of the month he cannot pretend the prolongation of the rental.

3. The fraction of month has to be considered as a whole month insofar the student that will occupy the apartment, will have to pay the whole month of rental. No type of reimbursement is admitted;

4. The students that book a room in the apartment, and then for any reason don't occupy it, loose the cautionary deposit. Such deposit cannot be used anymore.

5. The apartments, for classes in 2012, will be occupied and must be vacated, the students, guests, and no later than the following periods. Those who wish to occupy the flats before or after the periods mentioned below, must pay the lump sum amount of EUR 10.00 per day per person, regardless of the type of accommodation assigned (single or double standard and superior

The apartments for the Summer courses 2013 should be free by the students in the following periods, without exception:

- for the month of June,CHECK-IN at 10.00 o`clock in the morning on 02/06/13

and CHECK-OUT at 23.00 o`clock in the evening on 29/06/13;

- for the month of July, CHECK-IN at 10.00 o`clock in the morning on 30/06/13

and CHECK-OUT at 23.00 o`clock in the evening on 27/07/13;

- for the month of August, CHECK-IN at 10.00 o`clock in the morning on

31/07/13 and CHECK-OUT at 23.00 o`clock in the evening on 29/08/13;

- for the month of September, CHECK-IN at 10.00 o`clock in the morning on

01/09/13 and CHECK-OUT at 23.00 o`clock in the evening on 28/09/13;

The cost of the kitchen gas is payable by students; the cost of the gas methane, also used for the heating of water through boiler and for the heating of the apartment, should be pay for € 1,00 m³, and the monthly amount will be divided among the students guests.

The expense regarding the electric power consumption is calculated according to the values pré-established by ENEL, in other words, € 0,30 (thirty cents) for each consumed KW, to be divided among the guests of the property.

The student guest should go by their self to the property, in which the owner will be waiting, with previous confirmation of the schedule between both. A delay not communicated, superior to 30 minutes, will implicate the cancellation of the mentioned commitment

For the interested students it will be possible to request the transport by Mediterranean, from the arrival point (airport, rail and other station) to the apartment reserved, and the cost of such service should be pay together with the caution, according to the arrival time, according to the list below.

COMPLEMENTAL COSTS

Transfer

* The rate of transfer to the airport arrival or departure of a single student from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 20.00 will be 15.00 euros.

Other services

The guest, should communicate the arrival date and the permanence period; to the confirmation action, besides sending the proof of payment of the due shares, expressly he should communicate the date, the schedule and the arrival place.
