To find out market opportunities we use sample supply-demand model .our approach will consist of stuffing the quality and quantity of row materials (i.e. Marbles) available in Afghanistan, and assessing the current and future demand for marbles at local and foreign markets. In a second step we will thoroughly evaluate the factors of production (e.g. land, labor, machinery, and, equipment, CapitaLand entrepreneurship) and study the potential for investment opportunities in marbles industry .finally we will identify the barriers and constrained that firms are faced with in order to evaluate the implicit cost which exist in the market.

Raw materials:

The US geological survey estimated the value of marbles reserves in Afghanistan around $200 billion. having considered this fact that the Afghanistan has the potential to supply middle eastern and is an market with an almost unlimited supply of marbles moreover most deposits forms during the Proterozoic age 540-2500 million years ago are some of the best know marbles in the world. Below is a description of marbles reserves in Afghanistan.

· Kabul province: the Proterozoic marbles quarries are in Ghazak, Karez-e-Mirtarakhel, and Hazara-e- Baghal. Pul-e Charkha and Qalamkar. Theghazak marble which is known as the Black Ghazak is located 32 km east of Kabul. Thekarez-e Mir marbles consist of granular white, and rarely grey –yellow marble, which is situated 40 km north of Kabul. in total there are 31 marble deposits in Kabul

· Logar province: the Proterozoic marble is quarried in Awbazake Dehnow and Mohammad Agha. Awbazake marble is ballistic and brown in color where Denow marble is brecciate and brown in color and Mohammad Agha marble is black and white in color.
