Curriculum Content (Indicative) for 40hrs

Day 1 (8hrs) Introduction, Organisation, Business Case, Quality – Foundation Exam 1 homework
Day 2 (8hrs) Plans, Risk, Change, Progress – Foundation Exam 2 homework
Day 3 (8hrs) All Seven processes – Exam – Closed Book
Day 4 (8hrs) Practitioner Exam 1 and embedding exercises of 7 Themes, 7 Processes , 7 Principles
Day 5 (8hrs) Practitioner Exam 2 and actual Exam – Open Book

 

TEACHING AND LEARNING STRATEGY (INDICATIVE)

A classroom/face to face learning strategy is applied. Key questions will be provided to test understanding of the work. Students will be divided into groups for activities to embed book theory and practice. In the seminar every student will be given the opportunity of making an informal presentation using:

  1. Formal Examination
  2. Participation
  3. Simulation tests
  4. Workshop exercises
  5. Discussion
