THE PRINCIPLES OF BEHAVIOR OF THE ETHER (ENERGY-INFORMATION)

The Ether, poured in Space - is "free" Ether, if I may say so, in contrast to the Ether, "locked" in the particles. Free energy flowing from body to body, bathes them, like waves in the ocean.

But it and the other in their physical properties are absolutely identical to each other. This means that and free, and "locked", equally subordinate to the laws (principles) that controls the behavior of the Ether.

This principle, like the previous one, applies also to the Ether in the elementary particles. It is the basis of the mechanism of anti-gravity – repulsion of objects.
