Applications for participation in the conference and materials of lectures must be submitted before August 5, 2016 by the e-mail address ichthyology.conf@mail.ru Materials of lectures are accepted by e-mail in the Ukrainian, Russian and English languages. Proposals should include texts up to two pages À4, all fields of 2 cm, type Times New Roman, size 12, symbols from a headset symbols without transfers, interval single. The text may contain source references: surname of the first author or the first word of the work title, a year of publication, for example (Ivanov, 2011).
Materials of lectures are recorded as follows: the first line must contain surname(s) and initials of the author(s) (semi-bold type); in a new line - the name of the establishment, that presents the author (s), complete working address with an e-mail (normal, normal type); in a new line - the name of materials (semi-bold type); in a new line – a basic text is printed; after the text - a list of used literary sources; in the end it is necessary to give the name of the materials, the last name (s) of the author (s), a name of the organization and a resume in English.The electronic version must be in the RTF format. The name of the file must include the last name of the first author, collected by the Roman alphabet, and a type of a document (an application or an article), for example: ivanov _ article.rtf; ivanov _ application.rtf. A registration fee for personal participation in the conference is 15 ˆ (or UAH equivalent), a registration fee for absentia/ correspondent participation in the conference is 7 ˆ (or UAH equivalent). In case of personal participation a registration fee should be paid by every participant of the conference (by both the first author and coauthors). Registration fee includes: the cost of one publication, one copy of the Book of Abstracts, organizational costs of a rooms hire and coffee breaks.
