invite researchers, teachers, workers of education, doctoral and graduate students, all of whom are interested in the philosophical problems of society, science(including Postnonclassical stage of development) and the formation of a new paradigm of education, to participate in the International scientific conference "SCIENCE OUTLINES OF III MILLENNIUM, HIGH-TECH INDUSTRY AND PROBLEMS OF INNOVATION EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF CROSS-CULTURAL INTERACTION"to be held 17-18 June 2016 at the Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko.

The conference is invited to discuss the following issues:

1. Science of the XXI century: the breakthrough into a new reality.

2. Modern science and non-scientific forms of knowledge: antagonism or convergence.

3. The role of supertechnology in the society of knoweledge, ethical and legal foundation of modern science and technology.

4. The philosophical dimension NBICS-civilization:

– philosophical understanding of NBICS-complex and problems of design regulation;

– Transhumanism in the era of technological singularity, the problem of posthuman;

– High-tech and value-semantic transformation in context of postnonclassical discourse;

– Globalization: noosphere-humanistic dimension;

– Understanding of the processes of self-organization and interaction open, unstable and complex systems;

– Qualitative transformation of modern society based on knowledge;

– Risks of modern society and the liability of innovation.

– Role in the development of the phenomenon of convergence mega-science;

– phenomenon of mega-science in context of risk society.

– Philosophy of information and communication technologies;

– Cognitive science, the problem of artificial intelligence.

5. The high-tech industry in context of risk society, Hi-Hume and bioethical aspects.

6. Cognitive horizons synergetic paradigm.

7. The philosophy of education in risk society.

8. Philosophical foundations of education innovation.

9. The problems of preventive and preemptive education.

10. Modernization of conteporary education in the context of social progress.

By Conference will be:

˗ publication of collection reports (before the conference).

˗ by the decision of the organizing committee the best reports in the form of articles will be published during 2016-2017 in the scientific journal "Philosophy of Science: Tradition and Innovation" (Sumy), "Philosophy of Education" (Kyiv), which included by State Accreditation Commission of Ukraine in the list of specialized scientific publications.

To participate in the conference to 01 May 2016should be send an application to the Organizing Committee with information about the user and theses. In case of delays in sending abstracts must reconcile their publication on the phone.

Form of participation: correspondence and internal.

For publication theses of repots should be sent by mail:

1. The electronic version of abstracts volume 2-5 page (the last page fill at least 75%), typed in Microsoft Word as a computer file with the extension * dos, * rtf. Font style - Times New Roman, size - 14. Line spacing 1,5. Margins: left - 25 mm, from other sides - 20 mm. Average marks in a row - 60-62, the number of lines per page - 28-30.

The file name must match the name and surname of the participant (eg Kravchenko_Tetyana_theses of reports.dos).

2. Manuscript of report theses must be carefully edited because the conference materials will be published for external review. The authors are liable for contents of the text and errors.

3. On a separate sheet in a separate file and information about authors (full name .; correspondence address, area code and telephone number, place of work or study, position, scientific degree, academic status, a form of participation - report to the plenary , performance at the section meeting and specify - whether the planned visit, the date and time of arrival, departure date and time, the need for housing, ICT, etc.).

The file name must match the name and surname of the participant (eg Kravchenko_Tetyana_author information.dos).

4. The original document of payment (be sure to leave a copy).

The cost of publication in a collection of these is 30 UAH. per A4 page (the last page fill at least 75%).

Registration fee 100 UAH provided ocular involvement and 50 UAH for external participation conditions. Fee for printing abstracts sent by post to the following address: 40002

Payment of the registration fee can be made at any branch of the bank in Ukraine or the Internet in the event of you electronic access to your bank accounts.

To pay the registration should be sure to specify the surname, name and patronymic of the participant.

Conference participants not covered the costs of living while participating in the event.

Organizing Committee accepts donations and sponsorship for the event from academic institutions, foundations, individuals and legal entities.

In the case of external participation in the conference, collection of abstracts will be sent to participants of the conference to the address specified in the application, within 10 days after the conference.
