The main rule of the game: you should prepare something from the products you've got, whatever you can and want and present your dish to us. Your work will be appreciated by me and our judge, Galina Petrovna. Requirements are very strict so you should try to do your best.

Кристина: But our food is of the best quality. You shouldn’t doubt, my dear.

- Yes, that’s right. But it must correspond to some standards of the quality and quantity. Let’s begin. I see you have many products….

Тимошик Настя: Are you going to look at them all?

- No, our X-ray machine will just examine everything. Nuts? Wait just another second. OK, that’s okay. All your products seem to be very fresh and appetizing.

Сидорук Настя: (He must be the ex-customs officer. Don’t you think so?)

Ващило Аня:(Yeah, I fully agree with you).

- So Nuts what do you have?

(Алена)Hmm. There are: Tartlets, crab sticks, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, ham, bans with sesame and mayonnaise.

(Саша): We’ve got such products as crab sticks, potatoes, carrots, eggs, ham, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. Do we have anything above the fixed quota?

Курлович Аня:We are going to cook tartlets with crab salad and burgers.

Алена:For the first dish we need 200 gr of crab sticks, 250 gr of cheese, 2 fresh cucumbers and 100 gr of mayonnaise. Cut the cheese onto small cubes or grate it with the help of a large grater

Сидорук Настя: chop the crab sticks and also chop the cucumbers

Ващило Аня:Mix the cucumbers with crab sticks and cheese, dress the mixture with mayonnaise and stir the whole mass.

Кристина: In order to make the dish more unusual fill each tartlet with crab salad. If you want you can decorate it with a half of an olive. The dish is ready!

- Let our judge taste the salad, and now it’s the Milkshake turn. What are you going to present us?

Саша: We have also decided to prepare layered crab salad, but the ingredients are not the same. So we need: 200 gr of crab sticks, 4 boiled potatoes, 3 peeled and boiled carrots, 4 boiled eggs and mayonnaise.

Наташа: You see we have boiled eggs and vegetable before so we won’t lose out time. Grate potatoes and carrots with the help of the fine grater.

Яна:Then shell the eggs and separate the yolk from the white and also grate it

Лера:Cut the crab sticks onto small cubes.

Настя Т.:Put the first layer with the half of grated potato, coat it with some mayonnaise

Лера:Then put the second layer with cut crab sticks

Яна:The next layer is put with grated whites, which we coat with mayonnaise

Наташа:Put the left grated potato on the whites…

Саша:The next ingredient is grated carrots, and we again coat it with mayonnaise

Наташа:At the end sprinkle it with grated yolks.

- Mmm, I see that our show is very hot today. On the one hand our cookers are as keen as mustard on their activity. On the other hand both teams are competing with each other very seriously in order to win. Now I think it’s time to cook snack. Let’s start with Nuts!

Кристина: All right. Our next masterpiece is a burger with ham and cheese. Its ingredients are the following: 300 gr of ham, 200 gr of cheese, 2 ripe tomatoes, some lettuce, mayonnaise and 4 buns with sesame.

Алена:Cut the buns into 2 pieces, if you want you can fry them for some time on a slightly heated frying pan. Instead of buns toast can be also used.

Настя С:Cut ham and cheese onto thin slices…

Кристина:… and cut cucumbers and tomatoes onto circles.

Аня В.: Tear the lettuce with your hands or cut it with knife.

Алена: Coat one piece of a bun with mayonnaise; lay some salad on it, circles of pickled cucumbers and tomatoes as well.

Аня К.:Then lay slices of ham and cheese on the bun, lettuce can be used one more time.

Кристина: Coat the other piece of the bun with mayonnaise too and cover the first piece with the second one. Simple and quick snack is ready for consumption!

- Milkshake, now it’s your turn to present something special.

Яна: Our snack is very simple and easy to prepare, but it’s very popular ant any cocktails party. We’ll present you rolls with ham and cheese. So the ingredients are: 200gr of ham, 200 gr of cheese, 3 cloves of garlic and mayonnaise.

Лера:Cut ham onto thin slices. It would be better if the slices were square.

Наташа:Grate the cheese with the help of a large grater.

Настя Т.: Peel the garlic and squeeze it with the press.

Саша:Now mix the grated cheese , the squeezed garlic and mayonnaise.

Яна:Put the spoon of the cheese mixture on the slice of ham and twist it into a roll. A simple dish is ready!
