The results of questioning volunteers

After interviewing 20 volunteers of the center of developing volunteering in each age category, we came to the conclusion that everybody wants to become a member of an international volunteer organization. However, volunteers who are studying at the university want to be part of an international organization a few. This is due to the fact that studying at the University takes an important part in their lives. And they will not have enough time to make something in international prpjects. Become a member of any international organization is easy for an each volunteer! There are a lot of competitions and selection, job interviews are online. You must know English or the language of the country where the organization is located. Example of the international organizations: the United Nations Volunteer Program, the European Volunteer Service, UNESCO, Greenpeace, etc.

Conclusion.

So, the activities of the World volunteer organizations can promote friendship between peoples, nations and countries. It can help to bring up young people in tolerance, patriotism, respect for the older generation, selflessly doing good. Voluntary initiatives apply to almost any sphere of human activity: work with socially vulnerable strata of the population (disabled, elderly); work within the framework of non-formal education aimed at cross-cultural communication; peacekeeping, conflict resolution; environmental protection; activation of the population in the province, etc. Volunteers are involved in the ongoing process of political and social changes in society.

I told myself that being a volunteer is cool. The main thing in this work is the activity, tolerance, the ability to help others. The Russian volunteer movement is gaining momentum. To be part of this movement is honorable. I’m developing in myself ability to work, to be honest with myself, listen to others. And international volunteer organizations help young people from around the world to cultivate only the best their qualities.
