Mediums

Witchcraft

Idols

Psalm 115:4-8—Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands. 1 John 5:21—My children, keep yourselves from idols.

Jeremiah 2:8—My priests did not know me, rulers rebelled against me. The prophets spoke in the name of Baal and worshipped useless idols.

Familiar Spirits

Isaiah 29:4—Thou shall be brought down [God’s judgment], and shall speak out of the ground, and your speech shall be low out of the dust as of one that has a familiar spirit.

1 Samuel 28:9—Thou knowest what Saul has done, how he has cut off [killed] those that have familiar spirits.

Isaiah 8:19-20—When men tell you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living? . . . If they do not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn.

Devil Worship

Matthew 4:9-10—“All this will I give you,” the devil said [to Jesus]. “If you fall down and worship me.” Then Jesus

said, “Be gone, Satan, for it is written: worship the Lord thy God and serve him only.”

This is how the religion entraps you—by using tactics to make you believe those who practice it (mediums, spiritualists, fortunetellers) are a part of Jesus Christ and His kingdom. These are some of the many tools the devil and his demons use.
