Capacity: 3000
Distance from the Hotel: approximately 6 km
Access periods: July 14, July 15 .
Changing rooms: each Team will be provided with a changing room with a massage table in the area adjacent to the playing grounds.
Medical Facilities: dedicated medical room and doctor (with translation), ambulance on-site. The nearest hospital is approximately 2 km.
SECTION 6: EVENT OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS
Visa issues
The Host Union will provide visa support for the participating Clubs.
As instructed independently to this Tournament Manual, the Clubs should supply the completed application form (see below) and send it by e-mail to the Host Union, rugbyunion@roc.ru , attention to Mr.Leonid Penchuk. The Host Union will then issue the invitation and will send the copies or originals of this invitation to the participating Clubs. The same invitation will be send to the Russian Consulates in the respective countries by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to simplify visa obtaining process.
Arrival
International flights to Moscow can be made through international airports – «Domodedovo» (3 terminals, 30 international gates), «Sheremetievo» (4 terminals, 28 international gates), «Vnukovo» (2 terminals, 7 international gates).
Transportation
The Host Union (Rugby union of Russia) will provide Airport – Hotel, Hotel – Airport transfers for the teams and officials, as well as local transportation to the Tournament Venue and the Hotel (by buses and/or minibuses).
Accommodation
The participating Teams will be accommodated in the "Central Tourist House", located in the South of 119526, Russia, Moscow, Lenina str, 146, http://www.cdt-hotel.ru/
The Host Union at its own expense will book 5 twins & 3 singles rooms per Team.
The Teams will have the breakfast & dinner in the Hotel and will be provided with lunch-boxes to lunch at the Stadium. Teams shall pay extras before leaving.
Dinner
The “Third time” Dinner for all the participating Teams will be held July 15, in Tourist Hotel, at 20.00.
BY DECISION OF FIRA-AER & RUR OFFICIAL DINNER FOR THE TEAMS WILL BE WITHOUT ALCOHOL.
