Material and spiritual needs of a human being. Needs as beginning, moving force and orientation in life. Evolution of life. Contradictory character of development, progress and regress. Culture and anticulture. Spiritual life and spiritual culture.

L3. Religion: historical forms and modernity

Problems and causes of religions emergence: approaches and interpretations. Classification of religions. Historical types and forms of religions. Religions of the West and East. Evolution of religious consciousness. Pre-religious and religious forms of consciousness.
