The aims of the lesson * Educational: To revise students with previous material about non-defining relative clauses:who, whose, which, where To enrich student`s vocabulary concerning the theme “landscape and environment”. * Development: To develop understanding, logical thinking & students abilities in speech. To control the student’s speaking without mistakes, help them to make conclusions. · Upbringing: To teach friendly and to work with group and to help each other, to learn give advice to each other in the different situation and try to remember yours life .
The result of the lesson for the teacher v Pupils can learn their meaning without any mistakes ; v To work with group and to listen each other; v They can discuss their opinion themselves.
The main idea of the lesson They can find the main idea of the lesson.
1-action Warming-up (1 minute) Game “Trip”. Rule: “ I will go to the trip, and I will take …” using this structure students should say new words. If they say new words, they will go trip. If they say wrong, they wouldn’t go.   2-action . Asking home task. Ex 7 p. 67 (Choose a famous landscape and write a paragraph about it) Ex 4-7 p. 57 (workbook) 3-action. Dividing into groups. Students should divide with phones. 4-action. Evaluation card (1 minute) Every group has one leader and this leader gives balloons to students, which answer the questions. 5-action. 1part.Grammar check. Complete the sentences with whose, who, which, or where. 6-action . 2 part. “Store knowledge”. Ex 3b, p.67 Extension Listen and check. Then match the words in the box with the phrases. 7-action. 3 part. “Play Ground”. Rule:Pupils have word environment, and they should find the words, which are start in these letters.   8- action. 4 part. Listening task. Ex. 6 p. 67 Listen and complete the information about the Victoria Falls.   9-action. 5 part. How we use new words in our life? Rule: every group has three words and they should guess these words to another group. So, other group should find what are these words. 10-action.Evaluation card and put their marks Giving the home task is to describe environment, which you want to see in your life. I should define how they prepare to the lesson. To check pupils’ knowledge on new words. Ask questions about Non-defining relative clauses. Check their homework and read pupils poster.   1. Dublin, which is the capital of Ireland, is my favourite city. 2. Amelia, whose mother is from Shanghai, speaks English and Chinese fluently. 3. This smartphone, which I bought last week, takes great photos. 4. Buckingham Palace, where the Queen of England lives, is in the centre of London. 5. Ferraris, which are made in Italy, are very expensive. 6. Russell Crowe, who starred in Gladiator, was born in New Zealand. 7. Emily, whose brother is a singer, is in my English class. 8. Mr Kemp, who teaches physics, is going to retire next year. 9. My neighbour, who is 70 now, is a nice person. ENVIRONMENT They should do these exercises in their copybook and check each other
