Based on job title, primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, any of the following: 1. Cleaning daily room assignments to include changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, etc. 2. Use of chemicals and cleaning agents. 3. Maintaining neatness of guest rooms and patios. 4. Ensuring neatness and organization of linen huts. 5. Sweeping and dusting outside condos and other special projects as assigned. 6. Sorting, washing, and drying linens. 7. Qualification : 1. General knowledge of kitchen sanitation. 2. Food Handler Card required (certification through Kingsmill upon hire). 3. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 25 pounds. 4. Ability to stand for 8-10 hours in a hot environment.

Position Description: Dish and pot washing, keeping floor clean daily, taking out trash and recycling, keeping back dock clean, and overall upkeep of the kitchen. 1. Washing of all kitchen and service ware, cleaning of kitchen, taking out waste. 2. Maintain thorough cleanliness and sanitation of work area. 3. Heavy lifting is required as well as the use of some chemicals and cleaning agents. 4. Other responsibilities as assigned.
