Awarding of the winners

9.1. The sportsmen that possessed 1 – 3 places are awarded with the Certificates of the International Horting Federation of correspondent ranks and medals from the Championship organizers. The Sportsmen, who are recognised by the Jury to be the best in their performance technique or volition to win, are awarded by memory gifts.

9.2. Sponsors and other participating organisations can establish additional awards.

9.3. For the national team of Ukraine the participants, who possess a winning place, shall receive a corresponding sports rank from the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Ukraine.

Financial expenses

All expenses on organisation and performance of the Championship (awarding of the winners, meals of the Jury, rental of the place and premises for performance of competitions, office of the championship and necessary equipment, rental of the carpet (“Hort”), stationery, medicines, doctor’s assistance and other services, printing of the announcements and other materials for the Championship, placing of advertisements, transport and other expenses for organisation purposes) shall be borne by the International Horting Federation, and other supporting authorities, organisations and sponsors.

Travel expenses of participants, coaches, representatives, referees (both ways of their travel, accommodation, food, salary, irrevocable charitable contributions for participation in the Championship) - at the expense of the organizations sending the person.

World Championship participation fee is 40.00 EUR (Forty Euros) for performance in one section of the Championship.

Cost of accommodation in hotel “Centralny” (Hotel Centralny, e-mail: recepcja@hotel-centralny.pl, www: http://hotel-centralny.pl/), Ludwika Waryńskiego 7, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Poland 47-223) is 120.00 PLN (one hundred and twenty Polish Zlotys), which is about 30.00 EUR (thirty euros) per day (this amount includes bed and breakfast).

Preparing of the premise for competition

The owners of the promises shall prepare the training and competition facilities.

Monitoring of the training and competition facilities preparations as well as safety conditions during the tournament is laid onto the Working Committee, which should be created by the World Championship Organization Committee and approved by the official representative of the International Horting Federation. Owner of the premises shall submit to the Working Committee a report of readiness for carrying out the Championship minimum in 4 hours before starting the tournament. Unfulfillment of this requirement that may lead to unexpected force majeur circumstances during the course of the tournament is a subject for bearing the responsibility.

Medical assistance

For provision of a medical assistance qualified medical staff shall be present during the tournament. The doctor of sports medicine must be present during the competitions at all levels. Doctor of the Championship is included to the Jury with the Rights of the Chief Referee. All its decisions within the competence are obligatory for participants, referees and organizers of the tournament. The doctor shall provide a Program of medical assistance provision to the Organizing Committee or the Jury and the Report of medical assistance at the end of the competition.

Application forms

13.1. In order to receive visas and invitations it is necessary to provide the following information about the sportsmen, referees, coaches and accompanying persons that will take part in the Championship:

- Last name, First name, Second name, contact phone number of a sportsman;

- Date of birth;

- Country and city that will be represented by the sportsman;

- Home address;

- Photocopy of the national and international passport (Sportsmen younger than 16 years old should submit the birth certificate);

- Tax number (identification code) (photocopy);

- Section of the tournament for participation, age and weight category.

Mentioned above data should be provided before 20.07.2015 to the e-mail: horting.ukr@gmail.com.

13.2. Preliminary application forms should be sent not later than three days before the tournament (before 21^st of September 2015 - Wednesday) to the following e-mails:

- Head of Mandate Commission – Oleksiy Semigal: horting.ukr@gmail.com;

- Chief referee of the tournament – Vitaliy Plehanov: horting.lviv@gmail.com.

13.3. Preliminary application forms should contain the following information: Full name, date of birth, country, section of the Championship, weight, sports rank, the best result of the previous year.

13.4. Nominal application form for participation in the Championship should be handed over to the Mandate Commission on the day of the participants’ arrival. The application form should be attached with the Identification document copy, date of birth and the insurance policy for injures.

Only those teams and sportsmen who confirmed their taking part in the tournament to the Mandate Commission within the indicated terms for preliminary application forms are allowed for participation.

13.5. The application forms should be submitted in printed version and should be signed and stamped by the Head of the organisation that sends the team to the tournament. Preliminary applications are sent by e-mail. Number of allowed participants is indicated in the application form in words and approved by the signature of a doctor and stamp.

Blank of the application form is in the Annex 1 hereto.

13.6. Original application form together with the other indicated copies of the documents should be handed over by the official representative of the team to the Mandate Commission of the Championship.

13.7. Incorrectly filled or delayed Application forms can be refused.
