The aim and objectives of the Dancing Olympiad
· To present art achievements of different dancing collectives
· To give magnificent possibility of an exchange of experience between collectives, heads and teachers
· To reveal and support the most talented and perspective children and collectives
· To come into the international friendly contact to the countries participants of the Dance Olympiad
· To popularize the beautiful and colorful culture of our country among other countries which are going to take part in the Olympiad
· To develop international and inter-regional contacts between collectives, heads and teachers
· Propagation of various genres of choreographic art

Checking - out of participants of the competition.
Participants
· Pupils of private and professional ballet schools, dancing collectives, ensembles, soloists can take part in the competition. Ballet shoes aren't allowed till 12 years.
· Obligatory rule of the competition presenting to the organizing committee the video data of performance of participants
· Partly filled in questionnaires will not be accepted
Financial conditions of the competition
10 EUR from the participant of collective for two dances in any nomination
25 EUR - from the solo dancer for one dance.
The participation in the competition costs 150 EUR

Age categories of participants of the competition
1st age category of the participants: up to 6 years
2nd age category of the participants: from 6 years to 8 years
3rd age category of the participants: from 9 years to 12 years
4th age category of the participants: from 13 years to 15 years
5th age category of the participants: from 16 years to 19 years
6th age category of the participants: from 20 years to 25 years
7th age category of the participants: mixed age group
Information for professional ballet schools
ΐ Group (preparatory group)till 11 years . Variation on semi-fingers - 1min 30 sec.
B Group (younger group)-till 13 years. Variation -1min 30 sec.
Ρ Group (middle group)- till 16 years. Variation 1min 30 sec - 1min 45 sec.
D Group (adult group)- till 19 years

Competition jury is formed from leading experts in the area of choreography.
