Dear Candidate, we are proud of your decision to apply for a leadership role in your Local Committee!

The selection process is quite easy and fast, don’t worry.

It consists of 3 steps:

1. You need to fill in this application.Please, remember that it is very important for us and for you also. It helps a lot to think about the position you are interested in and your plans.

You may fill it in Russian or in English – it’s your choice.

Moreover, put priorities for positions (there is a question about it), but, please, further answer the questions only about the position with first priority! Make it easier for yourself ;)

Deadline for sending the application is: 21 December

2. Pass an interview with LCP.It will be in Russian, consisting of questions about AIESEC in general and about the position you are applying for.

Prepare your speech and tell it on the LC meeting.

4. Get your votes. Who is voting? LC members with full rights– accept those who are applying for the same position as you – and MC members.

Approximate dates of the whole election process: 16 – 22 December
