What are the categories regulations established by the State Standardization System of Kazakhstan.

The organizational structure of the state standardization system consists of:

1) The authorized body on standardization, metrology and certification, its territorial departments and subordinate enterprises;

2) The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within their competence in the field of standardization;

3) individuals and legal entities, including the technical committees of experts - auditors for Standardization;

4) State Fund standards the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Normative documents on standardization and requirements

1. Normative documents on standardization in force in the state system of standardization of the Republic of Kazakhstan include:1) state standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan - ST RK 2) state classifiers of technical - economic information - SC EMT; 3) interstate standards - GOST classifiers of technical - economic information, rules and guidelines; 4) used in the prescribed manner, international, regional and national standards, classifiers of technical - economic information, technical specifications, rules, instructions, regulations, instructions, guidelines and recommendations for standardization; 5) standards of scientific - technical, engineering societies and other public associations; 6) recommendations; 7) brand standards; 8) technical specifications; 9) industry standards.

2. The requirements established by normative documents on standardization should be based on the achievements of science, engineering and technology, and should not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the applicable technical regulations, the requirements of international, regional and national standards of foreign countries, rules and recommendations on standardization, taking into account the conditions of use product, process performance (works) and services, labor conditions and regimes.

3. Normative documents on standardization of products, processes (works, services subject to mandatory certification should contain requirements that are subject to mandatory certification, inspection methods to meet these requirements, rules for labeling and packaging of products, information on certification.

4. Normative documents on standardization should not be technical barriers to production and trade with other countries. Indicators purpose and technical compatibility of specific groups and types of products are installed in the development and launch of new products in accordance with the rules and requirements adopted in the country, unless otherwise provided by the contract (contract) for their supply.

5. State standards and classifiers of technical - economic information, as well as normative documents on standardization, approved by the government in accordance with their competence, are not subject to copyright.

6. Interstate normative documents on standardization developed, agreed and adopted in the manner prescribed by the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification.
