WORK EXPERIENCE

Collection Manager – ABC Collect

October 2013 – Till now

1. Handling portfolio of ENBD,EIB &ETISALAT

2. Managing team of 20 tele-callers and 3 team leaders.

3. Responsible for allocation of cases/accounts of delinquent customers.

4. Preparing daily team reports through Management information system (MIS) and submitting to the CEO.
