GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

ü Application should be maximum 12 A4 pages (cover page is not included) in font size minimum 10 points;

ü Complete the appropriate application form in English;

ü Application should be sent in PDF format – but you are free to create your template, colors, layout, background etc;

ü Candidates should send together with application 2 endorsement letters.

ü All needed documents should be put in ONE archive Name of archive should follow next format – Role you are applying for_your Name and Surname – LCVP_Alexander_Kuzmenko;

ü You will receive confirmation of receipt of your application package within 48 hours.

APPLICATION PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS:

All documents mentioned below should be included into application package.

1. CV – max size 1 page (It must have your contact data, picture, AIESEC and non-AIESEC working experience).

2. Motivation Letter – max size 1 page.

3. Application questionnaire – it should include general and Functional Questions.

4. Endorsement Letters with contact details of the author and signature.

REMEMBER! You are applying to the strategic body of LC and you should understand all basic process in all direction.

1. Which internal EB brand you would like to build during 2013-2014?

2. Which synergies are present in LC Zaporozje? Describe work principals of each synergy and put them in the priorities.

3. What is LCP role in EB management?

4. Propose three strategies to increase financial sustainability of AIESEC projects you would like to implement in 2013-2014.

5. What is project management? Which initiatives you will use to support implementation of project management? Be specific.

6. Please, evaluate external brand of AIESEC in Zaporizhzhya? What will you do to support strengths and overcome weaknesses? Be specific.

7. Provide us with three strategies to ensure enough number of active members during all term 2013-2014.

8. Analyze student market in Zaporozje. What action steps can you propose to popularize outgoing internships?
