1. Scope of Responsibilities
  Responsible for successful completion of the monitoring field activities across engineering disciplines to ensure readiness of systems and sub systems before commissioning as have been directed by the supervisor.  
2. Primary Duties
  S Liaise and coordinate with field operators and provide guidelines and support. S Issue punch lists for various disciplines and ensure the items are closed after the punch points are completed. S Report to the supervisors for any kinds of updates in project completions system. S Supervise inspection of tie ins for all subsystems for the project work before commissioning activity. S Supervise and monitor all activities for the flushing/blowing, leak tests, inerting, etc for the systems before the start up of the plant. S Monitor inspection of reinstatement related to instrument and mechanical systems to check for their final OK status. S Ensure that all safety isolations are in place for all lines for beings in a state of readiness for any future project work for example pad locking and spading etc. S Supervise a check on the running status on all mechanical equipments for example blowers, pumps, compressors etc for service tests for 72 hours ensuring proper and safe functioning. S Test all logics and instruments and ensure that the minimal optimum requirements for the smooth functioning of instruments are in place. S Ensure the smooth and trouble free running of machines as per the vendor data sheet specifications. S Prepare and submit the “As Built” drawings for review by the supervisor. S Facilitate the OTP (Operating Test Procedures) run as have been specified by the supervisor and Head Office. S Supervise the field housekeeping activities before commissioning of the plant. S Carry out any other duties as and when directed by the supervisor.

  The job holds the key responsibility to ensure that all monitoring activities as have been specified by supervisor on a daily basis are completed to ensure smooth commissioning of the plant.
