"On science"

Article 9. Scientific activities of higher education institutions

1. The main activity carried out by the higher education institution, along with the education is: science, science, technology and innovation, including the realization of the right to intellectual property, as well as conducting research and development activities.

2. Higher education institutions and their researchers have an equal right to use the services of scientific laboratories for communities, participation in competitions of scientific, technical projects and programs financed from the state budget and other sources not prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Higher education institutions, along with the implementation of the educational process in the learning advanced science shall have the right to involve the scientific training of scientists, research institutions, including foreign ones.

4. State higher education institutions may establish scientific laboratories, research institutes, experimental production, specialized entities of the innovation infrastructure, design organizations, as well as scientific and educational consortia in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Institutions of higher education by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan may be granted the status of a research university by the authorized body.

Article 29. International cooperation

1. International co-operation is based on the relevant international treaties, international scientific, technical projects and programs, as well as in the form of assistance in the establishment and expansion of scientific and technical cooperation between the national and international scientific and other organizations.

2. The subjects of scientific and (or) the scientific and technical activity may join international scientific, technical organizations and associations, to participate in the international scientific, technical projects and programs of scientific, technical projects and programs in foreign countries.

3. On the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the prescribed manner may be established scientific organizations and research centers with the participation of foreigners, stateless persons and foreign legal entities.

4. Foreign investment in science and technology in a manner and form prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. The state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan have control over the transfer of scientific and (or) the scientific and technical results, as well as scientific and (or) the scientific and technical products outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Conclusion

Teaching practice is one of the system-forming components of the learning process of students in the university and aims to provide practical skills needed for future careers of economists. It is an organic part of the learning process going on in terms of commercial and non-commercial enterprises (organizations).

Acquainted with the activities of the institution of higher education, educational programs implemented by the higher education institution, learning a specialty, types, functions and tasks of the future professional activity. And also consolidate the theoretical knowledge acquired during training, has acquired specialist skills and experience in the real world of enterprises (organizations).

During the six days the practice was carried out in order to reach certain aspects of the different structural organization, in my case, the University, we examined the structure of higher education, law and legislation associated with it, then we performed the tasks received from the curator of the practice, then we had various seminars.

Recommendations, we would like in the future, students during the practice had the opportunity to work with the "approximate" document templates with which they will work in the future, and to increase the number of days of practice for more extensive coverage.

In general, the practice was productive enough we got acquainted with the objectives set by us and carried them workshops of various organizations such as the "Irbis", "Leasing Group", "SberBank", "Bank Center Credit" which gave us the opportunity to get acquainted with their activity and their internal structure.
